Pine needles still collect and icicles still form so system not as efficient as it should be. If Gutter Helmet does not have a cleaning/maintenance service, perhaps you should consider starting (or recommending) one; especially for us elderly folks with multiple story roofs (one with solar panels which probably also need routine cleaning), and a way to at least prevent the icicles from forming over exit doors. Please call 928 526-3625 to schedule an inspection. We are at 7000 feet elevation in Flagstaff.
