Harding Builders treated myself and my family horribly during this process. We feel taken advantage of. They damaged our home. I've sent the company invoices regarding the damages they caused and they are refusing to acknowledge us. They left our home a mess, inside and outside. They filled our second story attic with construction debris to the brim and I had to remove it (through a tiny attic access hole), a dumpster full! They damaged our pool equipment by throwing construction debris off the roof. They left shingles, boards, nails all around our home. Harding builders originally told us they would give a 10 year leak proof warranty as well as the 30 year shingle warranty. After the job was complete, Harding Builders refused to provide any documents regarding this warranty.. then stated if we wanted the shingle warranty we would have to pay them an additional $290 !! I have this all in email. After having our lawyer contact them regarding the 10 year warranty they reluctantly agreed, through their lawyer, to comply with their original agreement. And after an entire month they submitted the paperwork to the shingle company to get the shingle warranty. A professional company wouldn't have tried to scam additional money and withhold warranty paperwork. I have photos of all the damage. I have all of the email correspondence from Harding Builders and myself. This company is rude, unprofessional and unpleasant to work with. BEFORE the job was complete they demanded final payment. While they were still on the roof working, the owners cornered me in the driveway demanding final payment even before the final inspection was complete. They are RUDE. I wouldn't even give them a one star review if given the option.
