This was by far the best experience with any contractor that I have had. Christina, Al, and job foreman were all professional and did a great job communicating throughout the project. They went out of their way to make things as easy as possible. I would absolutely use Harvey again.

They have done several projects in my home and have turned out beautifully! They were on time and communicate well. They are very responsive and are wonderful people.

Factors - They have a very good reputation and they explain very well what they are going to do. They have a timeline and budget timeline as well. They always stick to that. We have a communications book where they write down what they have done and what to pay. We both follow what they do, so we are always on the same page, which I like. Their workers are good.

Harvey did 2 separate projects for us. First they did 2 bathroom renovations, which turned out lovely. After that they tackled the larger project of our entry, laundry, kitchen, dining and family room remodel. That project involved moving load bearing walls and other challenges which required schedule adjustments, but were all done to our satisfaction. The contractors at our house were always professional and very talented. Our lead carpenters were amazingly talented. The 2 projects were major overhauls to our house and have made it so much nicer to live in and enjoy.

And I just really felt that from the very beginning and that they were being respectful and they really accomplished that. Harvey Remodeling was very professional the initial representative Bob Shea was knowledgeable and professional. I appreciated speaking to someone who knew what they were talking about and had recourse for a problem that came up. The workmen did a great job and the area was very clean and neat. The foreman Jay spoke to me about the job, addressed my concerns regarding my bay window and pointed out a problem which was fixed. A Harvey employee came out to ensure the job was done to specifications as stated and actually went up on the roof to inspect. I would recommend Harvey to others, which I have done most recently.

Harvey did an excellent job and we are very satisfied. Harvey personnel-from the owner down to the line worker-are very receptive, easy to work with, and considerate. We did run into several issues along the way-as you would expect with any major addition-but each time the issues were resolved in a fair and balanced manner. I would recommend Harvey to anyone considering an addition, particularly, anyone with a remodel where contiguous design, flow, and storage space are at a premium.

The way they deal with customers is one of their greatest strengths. They listen to the customer and treat them with respect, and that goes from the very top all the way down to the line workers who come to the house. The workers are very clean and neat, and very considerate of the needs of the customer while they are doing the work. Their representatives are outstanding to deal with. They always work with us to help us plan exactly what we need, and then are flexible about adjusting the project as it progresses. If there are ever any concerns, there is always a sense that they want you to be 100% satisfied with everything. Since the first project we did with them, we've never even taken bids from any other company, and unless anything changes, we will use Francis Harvey Remodeling for any project. In fact, we have another project coming up this spring, and they are the only company we'd consider working with, regardless of cost, because they are articulate, clean, respectful of the customer, and do everything they can to make sure you welcome them to do the work in your home.
