I was more than satisfied with my experience with Heavenly Home Pros as they tore off ancient cedar shakes and 3 layers of asphalt shingles and installed my new roof and skylight.

Colby was very proactive and responsive as he handled some of the singular details, such as determining how to handle an unusual ventilation problem and dealing with a distributor who had to get a product available only in California.

He was great at negotiating with the insurance company to make sure I got everything I needed for a good, effective roof—and more. And Heavenly Home Pros also installed gutters and downspouts at no additional cost!

Mike was on the scene more than once, so I always felt as though my job was getting Heavenly Home Pros' fullest attention.

Neighbors came by for days to tell me that I had the best-looking roof on the block!

Overall, the work was pretty good. The roof was excellent but the painting wasn't really up to par. Also, the attic insulation was poor, well below par.

They were nice and professional in all aspect from the guy who did the estimate to the guys that were here. I have recommended them.

When Wes comes into your home he is very polite and kind. When they actually come to do the job, he is very unprofessional, argumentative, and not customer service orientated.

Heavenly Home Pros was responsive and easy to work with. They coordinated with my insurance company and it was a smooth process.

Overall great job on the roof that they replaced. It looks good, the team was friendly and efficient. The only thing I would recommend is to ensure the gutters are clean. After the first hard rain, the water washed a ton of left over nails down the drain spout, which then comes out onto our driveway. Fortunately I discovered them and was able to pick them all up. Other than that it was a perfect experience.

My daughter heard their advertisement on 104.7 The Fish radio. She had work done and recommended we call for a leak we developed.
Wes, the owner, came out on a Saturday to fix our leak problem. He recommended that it was time to have our 28 year old roof replaced and even recommended a color scheme to match the house paint.
Wes also suggested that we first call our insurance to do an inspect ion for possible damage coverage. We did so and the insurance adjustor also recommended Heavenly as being an excellent company. All in all, the work was done beautifully.
