Heilman replaced our fence as well as our 2 decks. Everything turned out beyond our expectations. I first met with Amanda about our fence. She was so prompt and easy to talk to and knew what I wanted. At that point I decided I wasn't going to even bother with anyone else coming out for a bid. We talked about replacing our decks and Andy sent me an itemized estimate of what they could do for us, deck wise. He then came to the house and we adjusted the bid with some other ideas and went from there. While the decks were being built we changed a few things that turned out to be even better than the original plans. The fence was built by Tim and Chris who did an excellent job. The decks were built by Will and Matt who also did such an incredible job and came up with some ideas we hadn't thought of. Andy was on site for a couple of the problems that hadn't been anticipated. Each was solved quickly and easily which was a huge bonus I felt. This was a good sized project that turned out to be better than what we could have anticipated. I can't say enough good about Andy and Amanda and their company. Everyone was professional and just the nicest people I could have imagined having at our house. I miss seeing them each day.

We had a happy experience with Heilman Deck and Fence from the very beginning till the very end. All team members we worked with are nice, skilled people who care, and that's kind of rare these days. Andy offered the most detail-oriented and clear quote, and patiently answered all our questions (we had a ton of them!). The whole crew, Tim, Chris, Malek and Matt, did a great job building a huge (1600 sq. ft) deck and a chain-link fence. We commnicated a lot of details with Tim throughout the building process, and appreciated his professional advice and suggestions on many occasions. When we had any concerns, they were always taken care of in a timely manner. Overall, if you want a great workmanship for a reasonable price along with stress-free communication, these guys are the ones!
