The workers of Heritage were very efficient. The young man who spent most of his time here was one of the most kind and conciseness workers that I have ever met. He was timely and very clean. They did phenomenal work and did a great job fixing four floors due to the water damage but prior they did the most extensive questioning regarding COVID-19 to let us know about everything going on. They asked if any of our family members were sick but when they came to do the work no one wore a mask. Behind the scenes they made it seem like they were taking the necessary safety protocols but never once did they wear a mask.
