We had an outstanding experience with HERO Exteriors! They were great communicators throughout the process, especially with any changes of schedule. Pricing was reasonable/competitive and the service and quality of work were absolutely above average. They even replaced a broken window screen (that was not part of the job) just because it was driving Rob crazy. :) Overall, we have new siding, new gutters, and a beautiful new color palette that we couldn't be happier with.

Good communication with all on site. On site personnel were consistent, and kept at the work. Had to leave roof several times due to lightning, but got right back on job. Both crews were comfortable to be around, and quiet considering the nature of the work.

My project involved replacement of skylights, fascia boards, and gutters. I interviewed two exterior contractors, one contractor specializing in window replacement and one specializing in fascia board and gutter replacement. While all of the contractors were capable, HERO definitely showed the most interest in my project. They also were the most reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them to a friend to consider for any kind of exterior work.

The experience itself was super easy. I did not have to do a lot. They went above and beyond the whole time. Basically, I got a new roof and they did my shed as well when I initially was like "Hey, you do not have to worry about my shed". They did it anyways because it was a nice thing to do so it could match the house sort of deal. It is just really, really surprising the changes that a roof can do to your house. The experience was really pleasant in general.

Although completion of the repairs took longer than expected, due to insurance issues and large amount of hail claims in the area, my patience paid off and all the work was completed very quickly once all the paperwork was submitted. I appreciate the extra time they spent working with my insurance company to make sure all estimates were approved and reimbursed for my claim. I guess the benefit of it taking a bit longer and putting in a little extra effort was getting to know Richard and Rob and seeing that they really care about their business and will try their best to make you a satisfied customer.
