The owner, Alexey, has been responsive to questions and helpful with advice. The project is ongoing, but thus far the work looks great and I am looking forward to the final product. The construction crews clean up as well as possible at the end of the day, and have made the process as easy as possible. For example, the window installers moved the heavier furniture in one room, and re-installed window blinds.
