Very Professional and Follow-up. No construction project is perfect so having a dependable company address issues not related to them to uphold integrity of the job is very important and they did a wonderful job correcting imperfections due to material defects and are still working with manufacturer to get this accomplished and have informed me every step of the way. Among the 4 contractors that submitted bids for my project, Hi-Tech Window and Siding Installations provided the most honest assessment of the work needed for the house. When the original windows we selected were no longer available per our specs he came up with an alternate solution with no additional charges. He also came to the house several times providing us with a variety of products so we could chose the correct window.
