Professional. Arrived when told and project completed as advise. Great clean up afterwards.

They never did find a solution. They wanted to fix the problem but not find the solution, so the issue did not occur again.

Yes I have already told friends as well as other people . I told them if they ever need a job done for damages, they can call Highland Construction because they are very dependable

The biggest issue I had was that there were a lot of wasted boxes and packages filling up my house. They are helping me remove them, but it was still too much waste.

The water mitigation team did an outstanding job, however, the rest of the work took too long and there were too many mistakes that were made.

They were active with us during the signing of the contract. Once we signed the contract, they were slow to check on the project and contacting us once we called them. They would send paperwork by email, and we asked them to mail it. It took some time to get the information.

Jennifer, Jacob, the mitigation team, Miguel, and his crew and Jr.'s flooring crew were all excellent to work with and kept us informed during the process.

Jamie from Highland was exceptional to work with and the flooring crew led by Junior did a great job! We wholeheartedly recommend Highland

The subcontractors were excellent, but the project manager was inexperienced.

Jamie and his crew were phenomenal! They kept us updated on the progress of the job, and anyone who was associated in working with Jamie was phenomenal as well. We have no complaints at all about this project.

The crew made mistakes the first time. Eventually, they sent a crew to solve the issue.

Preferred Contractor by my insurance company. Water Mitigation work was rough. Team upset my wife and stack items removed in garage without consulting me. Blocked access to cabinets. The crew suggested work could be done privately, rather than through Highland. PM for water mitigation work was good man.

Rebuild portion was only partially completed as I ended up taking over GC work. Highland unwilling to provide credinions on the flooring subcontractor, unwilling to use my preferred flooring company. Took a "trust me" approach. Left impression that maximizing profit was the driver, after BMS-CAT bought Highland out.

We don't have any family near here.

I felt like the whole experience was positive. It was supposed to take 2 days and they got the whole job done in 1 day. I am very pleased with the work and customer service.

They were very good and stayed on the ball.

The people representing Highland Construction are very forthcoming, polite, courteous, and helpful.

Highland Construction took a very long time and worked really slowly. Sometimes they just showed up unexpectedly. They had to come back and go over so of the work they did. They said I could get a new vanity, but changed their minds and reworked the old one. They left a raw edge on the old one. I told them about it. They have not done anything about it so far.

We felt since are repairs were minimal, we were worked in between other claims.

The water, mitigation or loss mitigation was excellent. Maurice and those individuals were very helpful, quick and responsive. The construction part didnt go as smooth but I am generally satisfied.

As a 20+ year homeowner this was by far the worst contractor experience I have ever had, with the exception of the plumbing company

The quality of the work overall was good but the repeated delays in completion caused a lot of disruption in our household.

It was a long drawn out process, but all the crews were great to work with, listened to what I wanted as well as what could be done.

They said it would take one month, but it took seven months.
