I'm still watching them as they are doing my neighbor's roof. I am tired of dealing with them. I can't give them a final feedback until everything is done. They have an internal, management, and communication problems.

I am very pleased with my decision. I recommended the company to two people already. Peller was extremely helpful to me throughout the entire process. Tony kept me informed throughout the installation process and made sure everything was taken care of with the permit and inspections. The installation crew was very efficient and kept the job site clean. I love my new metal roof!

I would give Hippo Roofing zero stars. They quoted me, we signed up, and then they forgot about us. It took me showing up at their facility to get them to proceed, and they installed our roof months and months and months later.

They roof is beautiful and the workers did a great job. The salesman tried to up-sale the roof and it was communicated to us that we would not have to come out of pocket to upgrade. That was the deciding factor in selecting Hippo Roofing, LLC. However when the job was completed, we found the information communicated to use by the salesperson was not accurate thus causing us to come out of pocket, which was not expected.

Extremely long wait, but well-priced. It took six months. That's what you get for the price, I guess.

Hippo Roofing did an absolutely terrific job. My homeowner's insurance dropped down as well because I put a roof on from Hippo Roofing. They also left me some materials that I was able to use in my shed. Because I added the solar attic fan I was able to receive a $3000.00 deductible on my income tax.

They're clean and neat.

Very happy with the new roof. The roofing contractors sent out were just beyond terrific even with the difficulties in weather, daily rain while they were out but managed to get roof up on time. Very professional and courteous. They were consistently picking up material from yard throughout the day and last thing before going home so never had to worry about nails and pieces of metal in yard. Really can not say enough about the roofing crew. Would recommend them again and again.

We needed a whole new roof thanks to Hurricane Irma & decided to go metal. But even the best insurance companies only provide funds for the most basic roof replacement. So we got 8k but had to spend 20k for metal (not the same price as shingles). So now we hope to be protected from future storms & that this will be our last roof. I guess you get what you pay for because the entire Hippo process was as professional as you can ask for & all their employees are awesome (especially the roofing crews)! I don’t know how they can stand working in Florida’s horrible summertime heat & humidity. We would absolutely recommend that anyone needing a new roof - Go With Hippo!
