HMC staff was patient and thorough with answering our questions both before and after the job was completed.
The estimator was very helpful in listening to our gutter problem and giving us solutions to make things better. He explained our options thoroughly so we could make a decision. He helped out by breaking the job into two parts in case we were not able to do an entire job financially.
The contract for the job was easy to read and the procedure for signing the contract online was easy, including the procedure for a change in the original contract concerning addition of a new downspout. HMC's job concerning the entire installation and what they were going to do was very clear.
The installers were professional both in their conduct and job performance. Everyone worked very hard to remove the old gutters and install the new ones and add the new downspout and completed the job quickly. Everything was cleaned up so well you could not even tell they had been there, except by looking at the new gutters.

Recognized Excellence - The young men that worked on my house went above and beyon! My dog knocked me down and I fell in my yard. Those nice young men came to my rescue and helped me up and into my truck. Every morning they would ask how my back was. That was so sweet to care about me. I was more than just a 73 year old client they cared about me as a person!

They are very dependable and stick to their word when they say they will be there at a certain time. That is a big plus for this community.
