The production team is great (Shout out to John V!). The project was high quality and end result was a great transformation of several important spaces in our house.

We are so pleased with the entire process of our bathroom remodel. We appreciate the detailed schedule of events we were given so we knew what to expect each day/week of the project. Michael Martin, who was in charge of our project, offered excellent communication and was always available for questions we might have. Each trade represented on this project was professional and did excellent work. We plan on using Hogan Design and Construction again and will eagerly recommend them with pride.

Hogan Design and Construction went above and beyond to make sure our project was finished on time and to our satisfaction. Even though we made some changes to the design partway through construction, they finished ahead of time and made sure that we were truly happy with every aspect of the project. All of their workmen and subcontractors were timely, polite, and most importantly, excellent at their work. The new work in the house flows so seamlessly with the original work, you can't tell it was a remodel at all instead of the original design. Hogan is definitely an investment, but if you want the work done right and on time, it is well worth it!

I hired Hogan for my master bath remodel. From the beginning of the project to the end, I was kept in the loop every step of the way. Hogan is thorough in their process an follows up in a timely manner to questions or issues that come up.

So far the process has taken much longer than anticipated. It doesn’t not appear that the appliance dealer and Hogan are communicating with each other despite being told that they would communicate with each other. Instead, the PM asks us in October if we have ordered our appliances that we ordered in August and apparently are now ready for delivery.
The project timeline keeps getting stretched out. We are now going to get stuck dealing with this all throughout the holidays when we told them at the beginning of the project that we didn’t want it to go further than the start of the school year.
They have had people come to our house twice since initial measurements were taken to retake measurements. At this point it feels like they are overbooked or unorganized and we are suffering for it.
Furthermore, when we hired the design team we thought we would get some unique perspective on how to design our kitchen and someone that knew how to help us . Instead we got an inexperienced designer that forgot to put the fridge in all of her plans, forgotten or delayed emails that were promised at times and provided us ideas that she pulled from Pinterest that we could have done ourselves. Most of the ideas have been to make our house white or beige - after we told them we did not want something bland. Plus there were not that many options overall in their showroom.
The only thing we have truly appreciated thus far is that after multiple discussions amongst themselves they found a layout that made sense - which was the main reason we hired and did not do it ourselves - because we could not figure out how to fix our layout problem. From talking with other people at this point, we have definitely overpaid for something that is not happening in an adequate amount of time.
They also offered us an app to use….with no instructions on how to get into the app and no instructions on the app for how to sign up.

Recently had our kitchen remodelled. It was a gut job as we needed new cabinets, appliances, flooring etc. Happy to say everything went smoothly from start to finish. The people that worked here everyday were so nice, professional and all did a great job. Jason, our project manager was a pleasure to work with. He was on site regularly and kept me up to date everyday. Our kitchen is done and we absolutely

This was by the far the smoothest experience I could have asked for given the scope of the job and the complications that arose throughout. Credit especially to John for being able to keep the train on the tracks and absorb those changes with minimal disruptions to the original timeline.
