Holden was very professional from start to finish. From explaining what options I had from choosing materials, my options, scheduling installation, and following up with me promptly when I had any questions. Also they only used the best quality materials.

Everyone else had a lot of problems. Some of those problems took a while to get resolved.

My sales guy was fine but they need a better crew handling the installation. They had to come back 3 or 4 times to get it right. That is horrible.

We caught the installer putting shingles DIRTECTLY ON THE ROOF WOOD. With no underlayment. When we brought this to Holden's attention, they denied it was possible. I sent them a VIDEO of this happening. Of the 6 units in our complex, 4 had leaks and issues. They had to come back 4 times to try and fix problems and there are still issues. We were told we would pay when the "JOB WAS COMPLETE" and since there is still repairs to be done, it isnt complete. We were told. . . "HOLDEN WILL FILE A THEFT OF SERVICE SINCE YOU ARE REFUSING TO PAY". On Tuesday, we found part of the roof wasnt nailed down properly and I immediately called them. to date, no one has called me back. Several of us a VERY unsatisfied with the work, threats, and service. We were also lied to that OWENS CORNING would come inspect the work before the warranty was issued and now we are being told that there will be no inspection. We have started posting our concerns AND pictures and videos as evidence. SEVERAL OF US WILL NEVER USE HOLDEN EVER AND DO OUR BEST TO ASSURE NONE OF OUR FRIENDS DO EITHER.

Holden Roofing felt short of my expectations about the price. I feel I did not receive a fair value for my money. I asked around to other companies and they were charging less money for the job. Additional Comments - The work was pretty good. The customer noticed other roofs in the area took all day or even 2 days, but Holden Roofing came in that morning and were done by the time the customer returned from work. Everything was cleaned up, and none of his plants around the house had been damaged.

I purchased my home ten years ago when Holden initially "completed" my roof. However, when the crew recently got on top of my roof, they found a spot where my roof had been cut out and "covered" with shingles. As a result, I have had an incomplete roof for the past ten years.

Since the last storm in 2008, I've been working with Holden Roofing, and have been satisfied with the work they do. I've had parts of the roof replaced, and they always show up on time and do a great job.
