A quality job from start to finish. We spent extra time discussing the details (important on an old house such as ours), and the color and texture (Peppercorn with black edging) look great. Everything about the job itself was done right and we're totally happy with the result.

From the first phone call to the final clean up the Holland Homes team was excellent. I was mostly impressed by the workmen and the way they worked. My job was more than just replacing shingles. I had to replace all the sheathing and half the rafters along with the new roofing system. The way the workmen worked to complete the job in just one day was truly impressive.

Additional Comments - Daniel, Robert, and Buddy were absolutely great to work with. This was the second home that Hollands Homes built for us so we were obviously pleased with our first home. Building both of our homes was a very smooth process with Holland Homes. However, since both of our homes were a custom build we encountered a few bumps throughout the building process. Daniel, Robert, and Buddy were very professional and extremely easy to work with through the small issues that we had. This is the main reason we decided to hire Holland Homes again to build our second home. Of course everyone (i.e., homeowner and builder) is happy when things work out just as they should, but the reason we hired Holland Homes for a second time was their ability to work with us when something unexpected occurred. If we wanted to change something during the building process, they quickly let us know if it was possible and what it would cost. If something unexpected came up during construction, they quickly informed us and explained what would be done or what our options were to correct the issue. I can't say enough about Daniel and the guys at Holland Homes. I would not hesitate to hire them to do anything.
