I love my new roof, and I highly recommend this company. The salesperson was very knowledgeable, and helpful, worked with you, and was not at all pushy! There were options to choose from. I was amazed at how quickly they installed my roof and how the whole team worked together to get the job done and done right. They also made sure that everything was cleaned up after the installation. We were able to do a walk-through once the installation was completed to sign off on our approval.

They did a fantastic job reroofing my barn. They responded quickly when I called ,evaluated the situation and thoroughly explained what they felt should be done.

Unless you are not in a hurry, or you, like us, are an expert in design and construction, you know how to manage contractors, project managers and field crews, you know exactly what residential systems and materials should look like and how they must be installed and detailed because this is what we do for a living, we cannot recommend Home Genius Exteriors. Ultimately, the project looks good but are not confident of the quality of product we would have received had we not known what was really expected of a project like this.

They were very professional, from the salesperson to the installation technician. I am not an expert, but it is top quality Owens Corning material. They were very thorough on the cleanup. I was impressed that they had a magnetic rake to pick up the nails in the yard. I am pleased with the job. Like most folks when they buy something, they always wish it were less, but I can't complain too much about the price.

They did a really good job. They were careful around the house and answered questions. They were friendly.

They were really quick and really courteous during the job. It took forever for everything to get here, but that's beside the point.

I'm pleased with the final product, but the actual day of work left a lot to be desired. Between cleanliness expectations that weren't met and arguing about why the workers didn't want to replace the leaking plywood, I had thought this would have gone smoother.

The people did an excellent job and it's a good roof. We waited about ten years to do it. We were really pleased with what we got.

I was consistently badgered to sign the contract that day. I did not have the other owner of the house here at the time. I was told multiple times it was the best discount they could give and only would last if I signed today. I panicked, shame on me. Communication through out the project was terrible. I was also at their convenience when I would get my gutters. Funny how they could put the roof on the second day after signing contract, but I waited almost 2 weeks for my gutters.

Be careful dealing with this company. The salesman who called on me and gave me an estimate had all the Home Genius materials to show me and explained how they were going to install the new roof. The roof was installed like he told me it would be. He had the Home Genius contract and submitted it to Home Genius. The day they installed my roof, they didn't acknowledge even knowing my salesman and he didn't work for them. How did he have the materials and contract and submit the down payment and contract to Home Genius, plus the knowledge of the procedure if he didn't work for them. Check it out thoroughly if you are going to use them for a service. Pretty high priced and high pressure.
