Not pleased felt high pressure tactics to go with this company. My gutters that were also replace seem to be worse than the ones I had befor. Not happy but there is nothing I can do about it.

While the work began in a timely fashion, the foreman has yet to notify me that the work has been completed. If I did not inspect the process of handing the gutters, the men were going to hang gutters on rotted wood.

Home Genius Exteriors was very meticulous in their daily cleanup. They completed the job in a very timely fashion, and they also prepared the site every single day. They were very neat. Every day when they came, they laid down tarp to make sure that they didn't mess anything up. At the end of the day, they cleaned up, like they weren't even there. Home Genius Exteriors completed the job in a timely fashion. They did a great job.

1) Home Genius Exteriors consultant indicated they were an elite contractor - but I was disappointed on details by Roofers and Gutter team.
2) Very hard to find someone after job was done and was starting to get uncomfortable.

Called the project manager and reported about some more nails which were left on the roof after all the installation is complete. No one has come to take them away. Nails were all over the yard probably the left out nails on the roof are falling down when wind blows hard. Collected more than 20-30 nails in the course of 3 days after the installation.

Will never recommend and advise anyone to stay away. The sales person lied , contractors installed the wrong roofing material, and getting resolution for any problem requires exorbitant hours.

Ultimately, most of the estimating and construction crew staff are very unprofessional.

We just had the brand new roof. The crew team had done the good job.
I would like to comment the project manager, Todd Kijanka specially. Todd is very professional and knowledgeable. He explains our questions are very clearly and detail. He also gives us the good suggestions on behalf of our benefit. Thank you so much Todd.

Communication was horrible, my calls went unanswered, everything i was told would happen did not happen, they left debris all over the outside of the house. No one came to inspect the work as promised.

Quality work in one day removed 2 layer old shingles nails and felt cut in gable roof vent in cut roof intake vent on back roof ,installed owenscorning roof shingles with up graded underlinement not felt installed ice snow edge guard removed all old rain gutters and downspouts , installed new gutters and spouts. removed all exterior trim. Replaced all trim with new and installed new sofit vinyl underneath entire porch roof .Very high price . paid more than I expected but quality of materials and workmanship and complete clean up of all material down to last nail into dumpster was worth it. All this in one day. the crew started wendsday 7:30 AM, they where gone 5:PM wendsday. Daybreak on thursday my property look like no one was working there except for the beautiful new roof and trim. It looks almost like a bran new house.

They were quick and neat. My issue with them was that not one person spoke English so I could not communicate with them. That did cause 1 issue for me, which by the time I found out, was too late to correct

If you try to call with any questions, you get a menu prompt, and when you choose any number, you get a busy signal. I had 2 attic fans on the roof, and wanted to keep 1, but because no one spoke English I could not relate what I wanted until the project manager showed up, but by then, it was too late. The project manager was supposed to come when the job was done to get payment, but he never showed up. Although they seemingly did good work, I was very disappointed that there was no communication. For the price I paid, there should be at least 1 person with the crew that can communicate with the homeowner.

I would like to thank and commend all of the Home.Genius team for their work ethic and professionalism.A special acknowledgement to Breanna for scheduling and organizing.We had a totally unexpected operation occur on our street the day of dumpster and material delivery, and she worked right around it.Even text replied to me while she was on an airline! And, Home Genius allowed us to combine our roof replacement WITH a skyline and front entry replacent!

If someone wanted to go through with them, I would have certain warnings regarding the communication issues. I would say more oversight and communication with the crew who is doing the work. The communication doesn't move forward into the latter stages, as far as implementation.

The owner of the company is an absolute coward. If anything goes wrong on your job, you can best believe, he will be non-existent.
