It was kind of a mixed experience with Home Genius Exteriors. The beginning of the project was a nightmare. When we were reassigned to someone else, it was done well. We ended up with a good result, but we went through hell to get there. With the project coordination forgetting supplies, it was a nightmare in general.

The new roof looks great and went up fast. We had a leak damaging a ceiling so I was looking for someone to replace the very old roof. I called for an appointment on Monday. They came out on Tuesday to do a thorough inspection and give us a quote on Tuesday. The work was completed on Thursday and Friday of that same week and all the paperwork was completed on Saturday along with a final inspection. These guys did a great job.

From start to finish this company goes OUT of the way to make the experience horrible. Be prepared for HOURS longer than expected pushy sales people, inconsistent and unreliable project managers, and a complete communication failure at every turn.

They showed up on time. Professional and friendly. Completely cleaned up when they were done .

i was very pleased with the workmanship and appearance of the roofing project. The entire project was handled professionally. I have to admit that I was very skeptical of my decision at first to sign the contract being I had never heard of this company but did so because of the recommendation and reviews on Angi's List, etc.

They did a great job. I was very happy.

The guys working on the house were rushing and would not take any suggestions that me or the salesperson told them needed to be done. As a result, they rushed through the installation of the roof on my house.

Everyone was very knowledgeable and were willing to explain what would occur.

I had a wonderful experience. I learned a lot about roofing. I am so glad I had this company do my roof. They made sure I understood what they were going to do. I am very satisfied!
