Yes, I would recommend these windows. Even the city inspector said how great these windows are.

Salesperson made this all sound great, however nothing went as discussed. Two months have passed since windows were installed and I still do not have window sills replaced that they broke. Was told they "guarantee" a reduction in my electric bill, it's actually gone up $25 the first full month (didn't count the month of install).

They left me with a sliding door with a broken latch. I couldn't lock the door for three weeks until they fixed it. I asked that they leave the lock and handle on the door they changed so that it would match the other doors, but they did not; they tossed out the handle and lock. I purchased Hurricane screens, which I was unable to install since they did not completely fit.

The installation went smoothly, and they were very neat in the way they did their work.

They did okay at the end, but they were very slow at getting the work done.

Job is still not completed. I had windows and doors installed by HPA in my home, the installers were great. However, dealing with the company themselves to try to get issues fixed has been a hassle. I can’t get the service department to call me back after leaving several messages, I’ve reached out to my sales rep. but no success there. I have a door shield that I ordered that I still do not have and I’ve been dealing with this since May. So, i have paid for a product i haven't received and no one at this company wants to address it. Final inspection can not be done until this shield is completed. I still have the stickers on my windows and pieces that still need to be added to the door. I would not suggest this company to anybody because the service is awful.

Windows are great, never came to complete the finishing tasks, can’t reach a person on phone when need anything

The gentlemen who came to install only spoke spanish. I do not. the door blind is crooked and when they put the manager on the line, he said this door was back ordered and i would probably not get another one. They broke the kitchen window taking it out over the sink and garbage disposal and left without cleaning up the glass. They trampled my bushes in the front .

No because I’m calling the warranty department and they don’t answer and leave voice massages and nothing. One of my window crack Still waiting for a call

The vinyl touch-up still hasn't been complete and I've been calling for months with no response. Please send someone to wrap up the project.

They were nice people. Very kind and generous with their time.

I am not likely to recommend them to a friend because of their lack of customer service and poor communication.

The windows are very nice but my front door was not installed properly & therefore is not tight. I am also waiting for trim for it. But this pales in comparison to the fact that not one person, in over 10 voice messages left, has called me back to get me the paperwork needed so that I can receive my Safe Florida Home grant. I have been approved, have all of my other paperwork ready to go and have called HPA weekly for 10 weeks without one callback.

My windows were installed on March 8th. They are still not complete. No one at the company will return my phone call. I have left 5-6 messages.

Communication is nonexistent. Never mind the company keeps insisting there is someone named Sal at my home hence the title of survey. Someone named sal has never lived here

I am still waiting for my windows to be completed!!!! Stickers still on outsides , no screens yet, one window difficult to open.Curtain still hasn’t arrived for the slider. I think I have been more than patient with this project. I only have 5 windows! Would appreciate this job being completed as soon as possible. Thank you R.K.

Not at this time Our windows were installed April of 2023 with 2 windows that were broke it's August 9th to day and I've called HPA many times on an approximant time table on when these windows will be fixed BUT NO ONE HAS HAD THE DECENTCY to call us back . we are on the verge of seeking legal council unless someone with HPA communicates with us.

I have a front window that was broken on delivery which was June21,2023 as of today Aug. 9 2023 it still not replaced

I incurred a power outtage due to the workers accidently nicking a line with a nail gun. I had to hire an electrician to come out and fix the problem the following day. I called multiple times to file a grievance but kept getting directed to leave a message and never got a return call. After a week of that I got a representative named Antonio Tirado who said he would have no problem getting my money for the electrician reimbursed. But there was always someone he needed to speak to that he seemed never able to catch up with and he never ever called me back with updates. I always had to track him down. Long story short, I had to get a lawyer to get half what was owed.

They are definitely one of the most professional companies that I have worked with. They are not cheap but worth the price.

Their performance was very bad.

Every step was of the process was explained and all questions answered. I received progress updates throughout.

I have been waiting on them to finish the door, but they haven't come back.

HOME PERFORMANCE ALLIANCE runs very poorly from an operational standpoint.

I would not recommend Home Performance Alliance because they did not return the dustpan and brush they borrowed. The assistant with their technician looked like he had just come out of jail.

Their sales person treated us with respect and listened to our needs. The installer was very professional and did an excellent job.

Once you sign the contract with Home Performance Alliance, they don't care about you one bit.

They did good work.

Expensive.

They provide poor customer service.
