I highly recommend all of the staff involved in the information and installation process, however, I do not recommend the product itself. The base pools a lot of water as does the rim that holds the shower door track which doesn’t drain and overflows onto the bathroom floor. It has to be sopped up with a towel after every shower to avoid stagnant water causing mold and/or mildew growth.

The installers did a nice job, but it took four days, not two. They were not infomed that the walk-in tub was to be installed over a concrete floor. Of the many tubs they had installed, this was the first over a concrete floor.

Everything from ordering, scheduling, installation of finished product are very good, but it is not I expensive

Very professional team.

The guys who installed our new walk in shower were very nice and professional. They helped us decide where to put the grab bars and shelf. They cleaned up everything when they were finished and worked all day on the project. We are very pleased with the new shower. Now we don't have to climb over a high tub because it is safe for us. We absolutely love our new shower.

I recently had a knee replacement and the walk in tub is a great help.

The 7 is due to the cost. It's VERY expensive. The amount charged for such a small shower space was really too much.

The installers were clean and courteous. They explained every step of the process. Did a complete demonstration of how to use the shower. They cleaned everything up and we are completely satisfied. It is of note that we had three Venezuelan men who were completely competent and friendly. They showed their ID before entering our home. We are very happy with our experience.

Installer was professional and courteous. Very satisfied with the installation. Without getting prices from other installers, I knew going into contract that it was going to be an expensive project. But based on the quality of the installation, I would recommend Home Smart Industries.

Due to delays in the project and a lack of requested product, coupled with a lack of communication, we would be hesitant to recommemd this company.

The sales and install were done very professionally. When the install crew left for the day all tools and such were put into the shower and out of the way. They covered furniture and cleaned up when they were finished,
