The guys were very professional. They took excellent care of my home, being gentle with my shutters. I had a wonderful experience with HomeFix Custom Remodeling Raleigh.

The back storm door is squeaking and the crew had to be told to to put protective cardboard on our hardwood floors. We had to clean up dust and plaster chips after they left. There is caulk or something on the bricks on the porch. There is crack in a brick. On the up side we do appreciate the new doors.

We had the roof put in, and they did a fantastic job. We didn't have any trouble with the workers, and so far it's doing okay.

They were very professional and in and out in a flash! I recommend them if you want a professional and seamless upgrade to your home.

It was a pleasure to watch a team work that smoothly. They worked with me to assure that downspout placement met my requirements. They did a beautiful cleanup job too! Would I recommend them? My neighborhood was built in the 1980s, my home, in particular, in 1986. It was time to replace my siding and for the past two years I did get a couple of quotes, but hesitated. When the young man came to my door a few months ago, sorry I do not recall his name, he represented your company well, and I felt trust in him. When Cyrus came to talk about the job, I felt it was time to go ahead with the project. I am hoping that neighbors will inquire about my house as the sign is still in the front yard. I have received many compliments so far! I will highly recommend HomeFix!

They did a good job putting the windows in. I wasn't prepared for all that changed. They told us we had to take blinds and curtains down. Now the holes we had before are not available so I have to try to find someone to help me get things back together.

HomeFix Custom Remodeling Richmond did a good job on the roof. I cannot take that from them. They left items here that I have no use for, which is ridiculous. I understand the siding they left, but why did they leave the tacks that they use with a certain machine? I am being charged for them, and I do not think it is necessary.

I was sold custom fit windows. The windows don't fit right. Staff put a lot of foam and caulking to make windows fit.Staff broke window pane .Glass all over floor. Waiting for them to come back and finish fixing the window. Left window boarded with plywood. Ripped screen upon window installation on a different window. QC Mgr checked windows and left another window with plastic inside. Another left with turned twisted caulking at the bottom. And said he'd checked all the work and it was satisfactory. Told me I needed to sign the forms so he could close the claim. Said he be back to fix the broken window in 14 days along with the replacement screen. To have a God blessed day. My niece and I had expressed my disappointment with the windows not being custom fit. QC Mgr said my house had shifted. I brought the windows to have energy efficiency, noise cancelation according to the sales rep. I don't feel as though that's what I received for $16,880.I hope your company makes this right.
