I gave them a three because I had a mixup in the order and they reinstalled the mixup and broke the windows.

The work crew was awesome. Had some issues with the office but they worked them out.

The technician who came out to check our roof for a possible leak is the reason we agreed to talk with you about windows. Your salesman then continued to build our good feelings about your company. Your people are your best asset and your best advertisement.

The workmanship and quality of the materials were great, but my issues were with the communication break down with installers. None of the installers spoke English, only Spanish, which was confusing, difficult, and frustrating. It was hard for me to interact or ask questions, because they did not understand. They had to keep calling someone on the phone for me that spoke English to help me.

We paid a lot for the roof replacement. The crew was sloppy, I'm still finding a few nails and pieces of shingles around my property. They had to come back out to repair damage to our siding that they caused while replacing the roof. They never fully repaired the gap in the gutter guard. They tried, but there is still a gap where leaves might be able to get into the gutter.

Entire staff worked well together, meeting my needs and requests, even to providing more services than I had expected!

I think more education could be given about what exactly was included in the job. I found some things out Later on like the fact that the soffit etc., are not part of the roof per se. Any supplies not used for my job would be left because I thought that they had left their stuff, they said no that's supposed to be left there. If you're not getting your roof done on a regular basis, you don't know these things. So it would've just been helpful to know for us to go over, for them to have a diagram of a home and then specify exactly what will be taken care of and what won't. I rate them a high 4 because if I asked certain questions, they would answer. But as a first time consumer of such a project, you don't know what questions to ask.

The people who did the gutters were terrible. They did not do it correctly. They were called back out, and when they came, they still did not finish it. They left nails in the driveway and yard for us to run over. The people who did the roof were wonderful.

Homefix Custom has installed my roof (2019) and currently my front door (2023). I will definitely consider HomeFix for my next project.

Reroofing process was smooth, items dropped off and applied quickly and it looks very good. Had to get new wood for Solar being added. Whole process went over relatively well, some issues with financing.

You subcontracted the work out. Had no supervision on site to ensure the work was being performed adequately and when I expressed my frustration and the items I needed fixed to bring it to an acceptable level I was told the crew would make it right. The crew showed up and did not in fact make it right. Have not seen or heard from anyone else to ask how it went (due to nobody from the company being on-site to ensure satisfaction).

They were so easy to work with. You must give them a try.

Our experience started with John at our door. He was very nice, easy to talk with and knowledgeable. He called in to get our appointment time and date! Adam was our salesman and he was easy to get along with, answered all our questions, showed us the materials to be used, price and financing options
We had been thinking about getting a new roof and gutters but had not planned on saying yes that night. Kenny used to do roofs so he knew the quality of all the materials. Because of John, Adam, the presentation and materials, we said yes!

The sales representative should have names and telephone numbers of key personnel working for the company in the event of any problems.

There were a few promises that were not kept.

The workers were very knowledgeable, though we had a problem with the way the outside and inside came together. It was put together with former pieces that didn't fit because the windows were different size. Corners were not matched. There are gaps and holes where the water could go out. That appearance was not good, and they said they couldn't do it as we wanted. The material was not explained to us.
