The quality of work was excellent; I thought they did an excellent job.

The roof estimate and repair was done thoroughly. My problem has been with the solar tube installation. Insulation fell onto soar tube window in bath and now we have spots of water on the glass. That was not ever a problem with the "old solar tubes".

Homemasters was easy to work with. They took care of our rental property with minimal interruption to us or the tenant. I will be using them for our properties in the Portland and Salem area in the future.

I like how Mike was upfront, there as no beating around the bush with him. When he did the initial quote and checked my roof, he gave me a price that we agreed to. When the roofers came out and started taking shingles off he added $1500.00 to my bill. He didn't catch that there were extra shingles on my roof. I didn't appreciate that. He should have done a thorough exam and done it right the first time. That didn't make me happy. The roofers punctured a hole in my AC line, that wasn't fun either. I had a hard time getting in touch with Mike. I wanted my company to come fix it. They had to have another person come fix it. I am still kind of iffy about the entire thing. I hope my AC works when summer comes around. I hope the company that Homemasters used to fix the AC will cover what they fixed if something happens to it.

It's nice to share a positive experience with no hitches or complaints and friendly people to work with. I have a great-looking re-roof with a new ridge venting system on a roof with many angles, dormers, and ridges. Not an easy job!
