I love the siding, garage door and front door. We have received several compliments from our neighbors. However, in my opinion, the trim work needed more attention to detail.

Working with Homescapes of New England was an absolute pleasure. From my first phone call to inquire about services Lynette and her team were professional and clearly deep in experience. Where 2 other contractors seemed to find obstacles or just failed to follow thru with a quote after seeing and measuring the job, Lynette saw a project that she and her team were fully capable of doing well. The timeline and steps in the project were clearly laid out, and when there were unexpected changes we received phone calls in a timely manner; project oversight was almost daily; the team doing the work were friendly, very professional and very diligent workers, and the quality of their workmanship was outstanding. We have an older home that posed challenges in the carpentry work needed and they took the time and effort to do excellent work. They also took the time to explain what they were doing and why. Every different type of contractor was on site right when they were needed, so there were no delays. When the manufacturer sent the wrong product in a restock late in the project, the workmen recognized it right away, and we received a phone call. Homescapes of New England is the absolute gold standard in expertise, project organization and quality workmanship. It was a pleasure to work with such professionals.

She was knowledgable and realistic about what it would take to do the work we wanted to be done -- and she had a tremendous background with Hardie. Aside from minor weather-related delays, the project was completed right on time and there were no surprises. Our house looks fantastic. We chose wisely.

Additional Comments - My wife and I have been planning our project for four years. This planning included the project details as well as selecting a contractor. The project consisted of Siding, trim, gutters, painting and the installation of three doors. Homescapes of New England was very helpful and patient with the many questions and concerns we had. Lynette's crew were very professional, neat and respectful at all times. They all did an excellent job and exceeded our expectations. My wife and I highly recommend her company.

Homescapes of New England did a fabulous job of replacing the siding on one side of my house that was in need of repair from Masonite to Hardy. I will definitely use them again for the next project which is the front of my home. They understand my need to do 1 side at a time. Recognized Excellence - Both Lynette Rogers and Karl Rogers were excellent at communicating and managing the process. They kept me apprised daily of what was to take place next. Having worked in engineering and consulting my whole career, I can say they are excellent project managers.

I have never experienced a more professional overall experience in the building trade i.e.; detailed quoting, good craftsmanship and timely follow-up on any of my questions. My plans are to continue my relationship with Homescapes on follow on projects.
