Wait time for installation was too long

The main window that I was concerned about and wanted to replaced was the living room sliding door that was the only one yelled didn’t do. Outside of that everything was OK now if I put the sliding door in, it’ll take three weeks to get it in and then whatever time it takes And install it taken into account that I am trying to sell the house. It would’ve been nice to have that done.

The only reason we went Statewide for window replacement, was the salesman. The company charges approximately times more than the other companies.

We were impressed by the fact that your salesperson came to our home very quickly following our initial call. The gentleman, Chad Shaw, was enthusiastic, well-dressed, respectful of us and our home, and efficient.

The installation process was also well-handled. There was a problem with size/color of one of the components when the installers first came.

After discussion and a visit from the project manager, we decided to wait until all was right.

We found it impressive that we were kept informed at every turn.

Mike and Cesar were courteous and efficient in the ways they did their jobs.

When changes had to be made, with our home, we were notified, and he helped us understand why certain things had to be done to make sure that we had the best outcome. We had a walk in tub installed, and our bathroom redone to make our quality of life better. We are very satisfied with the outcome. The floors are beautiful.

Statewide does a professional installation.

Starting with the consultation with Melissa, the installation with Zach and his team and then the final inspection with Jeremy, the process was flawless and executed to near perfection. We did have a couple minor issues (related to the fact i had another contractor working the same room) but Jeremy addressed them immediately during the final inspection and the outcome was exactly as we envisioned. Thank you for everything and I will definitely recommend you!

From the first contact by phone requesting information about the product to the final installation adjustment, I was impressed by the professional and thorough introduction by the sales rep of matters such as financing, measurements to fit the tub in the selected bathroom, and scheduling, The installers and supervisor were on time, fast and always courteous. I recommend Statewide Remodeling without exception. They will be the company we will use for any remodeling in our home and/or office building.

The remodel looks great and we are enjoying our new shower. But it was still pretty expensive even with the discounts.

Things could have been chaotic, but Christine made sure things ran smoothly. There were no delays waiting for materials. Oscar, my project manager, was always available. If I had a concern, he'd immediately send one of his guys or come himself to address it. He always made sure my expectations were met. The two men who were the workers who built my shower were professional. They were diligent and hard working, never taking breaks. The gentleman who did all of the actual construction was so exact on all of the work; it is perfectly constructed. I am getting rave reviews from all who have seen it. They were meticulous in the cleanup post construction. Highly recommend them.

DWYSYWD Do what you said you would do. If a door is expected in 4 weeks, deliver it in 8--unacceptable. Would not have have ordered had I known. Due mid December delivery sometime next year.

I have already recommended Statewide to others. I've only heard horror stories about people having their homes renovated. I've heard about delays and poor work. My experience has only been positive. From sales, design and installation, all involved have been professional and their work is great! I can't express how glad I am that I went with Statewide.
