From he initial sales discussion until the final install and subsequent follow up I am extremely impressed with the professionalism, competence, and courtesy provided by all employees with I came in contact with. We could not be happier with out new tub. It has far exceeded our expectations.

Truthfully to the point that I could trust this team to do anything for me.

I will not recommend statewide to anyone I like. I am giving a 10 only because I was told the answer I give affects bonus the installers will receive. If not for that I would give a 0 to statewide based on the sales representative and the staff.

Installation teams and supervisors were great. Back office and manage have a lot of room for improvement needed.

Even when I was told by a manager of the windows group and he guaranteed me getting a call back from management team this too never happened

Statewide does a professional installation.

Starting with the consultation with Melissa, the installation with Zach and his team and then the final inspection with Jeremy, the process was flawless and executed to near perfection. We did have a couple minor issues (related to the fact i had another contractor working the same room) but Jeremy addressed them immediately during the final inspection and the outcome was exactly as we envisioned. Thank you for everything and I will definitely recommend you!

From the first contact by phone requesting information about the product to the final installation adjustment, I was impressed by the professional and thorough introduction by the sales rep of matters such as financing, measurements to fit the tub in the selected bathroom, and scheduling, The installers and supervisor were on time, fast and always courteous. I recommend Statewide Remodeling without exception. They will be the company we will use for any remodeling in our home and/or office building.

The remodel looks great and we are enjoying our new shower. But it was still pretty expensive even with the discounts.

Of all the remodeling I have had done, this is the first time that I had NO issues with any part of the process! I'm so impressed with the professionalism of everyone I dealt with!! A totally positive experience!!

Statewide goes above and beyond. From sales through installation, everyone was professional and made me feel like a valued customer. Patrick, from the sales team, remained involved and available long after the contract was signed. I never felt like he just passed me off to someone else. I had several projects going on. Things could have been chaotic, but Christine made sure things ran smoothly. There were no delays waiting for materials. Oscar, my project manager, was always available. If I had a concern, he'd immediately send one of his guys or come himself to address it. He always made sure my expectations were met. The installers, Taylor, Rafael, and Narvie were very professional and always timely. I would definitely use Statewide again and I highly recommend them to others.

The two men who were the workers who built my shower were professional. They were diligent and hard working, never taking breaks. The gentleman who did all of the actual construction was so exact on all of the work; it is perfectly constructed. I am getting rave reviews from all who have seen it. They were meticulous in the cleanup post construction. Highly recommend them.

DWYSYWD Do what you said you would do. If a door is expected in 4 weeks, deliver it in 8--unacceptable. Would not have have ordered had I known. Due mid December delivery sometime next year.

It all went well!

Michael was very nice, thorough, helped me plan and make decisions.

Leo and son Victor did excellent job of this huge process and it all was perfect! Victor constantly cleaned up as Leo broke up the tub. Really such a huge amount of work, I could hardly believe it. Really amazing.

But the shower head did not have two water speeds as ordered. I do not like a ton of hard water, and when I switched it to less water, it did not change.

Ken had been here after the first and second stages. When he came for the last checking, I showed him the shower head did not change. He called Leo and Victor found the piece. Ken picked it up and put it in. Perfect! He was a great supervisor and made sure I was happy with every stage of the job.

All of these men were on top of everything, serious workers, and very cordial, too. Super nice.

The pop-up seat did not make it to the work sheet, so Ken is going to find me a little bench. I think the bench will actually work better because I can move it closer to the water when I do a pedicure, so that has turned out to be good, too.

All in all, a wonderful experience. All of the people involved were most impressive. Amazed it was all done in one day.

And it was a great day! Wish I had done it ten years ago.

Miss communication from sales rep to the install process on what and where and how things got installed took 3 days to finish was told 2 at the most and the way things were installed shelves didn't get placed in the locations as discussed.
