The only problem I have is that the product was never delivered. I have been waiting over a month. It was supposed to be a gift for my son's birthday which is today, but it never arrived.

Very pleased with the work performed. Had a small problem after new gutters were installed, water was running between gutters and house in 2 locations. Called about the problem and response was quick and as far as today it looks like the problem was corrected. We won't know for certain until we have another heavy rain.

I had the gutters installed during the winter. They did not tell me that is was likely or possible that the leaves could become frozen in the gutters. I will need them to come back in the spring to clean the gutters out. I would have appreciated knowing that up front.

I wouldn't recommend something to someone after looking at what I have on my roof. What they told me they were going to do is completely different from what they did. I tried to do what they said about the fire hose, and it was false.
