They were very responsive. Sonia did a great job following up. Daniel, who came out to explain the whole process to me, he did an excellent job. Even the gentlemen, who initiated the process, did a great job explaining to me how things would work. Everybody that I had in contact with at ImproveIT of Atlanta, did their part, and did it well. I didn't have to call a lot of times to try and figure out things. They called back when they said they did. Basically, to me, everything was self-explanatory. Overall, they did a great job.

Quality Of Materials - As of right now, it's still pretty new, so I'm going to have to see it overtime. After the storm, ill check if it's good. We're having a great storm right now, so this is a great tester how well the quality of the material is. But, as of right now, everything is good.

Recognized Excellence - Everyone that I came in contact with did a great job. Sonia did a great job in following up, because I've had to cancel a couple of times. Daniel flew the drone and dealt with the insurance, and explained everything to me. I had tons of questions, and he did an excellent job. He let me asked as many questions, and that made me feel like I was not being pressured. Some people just wants your money. He did a very good job.
