I had four different companies come out. Marvin was expensive. They were second, and they were half the price of Anderson. I looked up reviews, and Marvin had very good reviews. Jarrod wasn't pushy at all and looked at the back of my house, which no one else did, and he explained everything clearly and gave me a price. The other guy came out to make more accurate measurements, and he was very nice. The date they gave me for availability was quicker than the others and quicker than the time they told me. The installers were fine. They did an inspection and found minor problems. They came out one week later and fixed them. Overall, I am very happy with them.

We really like our new door and love the warranty on it. We had put Infinity by Marvin windows in about 10 years ago and really liked them and that helped us with deciding to put in the door.

The number 10 is not high enough to cover our experience with Marvin. From start to finish we could not have had a better experience. When you deal with some companies you may run across one or even two people out of all that you have contact with that are not so friendly or act like they just don't want to be there. We found no such person at Marvin. Probably the best company I have ever dealt with.

I was neither super impressed nor super disappointed so if a friend asks, I'll tell them my experience and let them decide.

So far the product seems to be very nice and Marvin was good at taking care of issues. Unfortunately they also created the issues - between a factory bad screen door and some obvious misses during install.

After watching videos on how to install windows and doors myself, it seems like the Marvin method of of just filling the gap with spray foam did very little to protect against water, whereas the videos all talk about mastic rubber and other materials to help seal against water.

I would recommend installing in the spring or fall when the windows can be open as the off gassing either from the fiberglass or the spray foam was strong and lingered for a few weeks.

The adjustable hinges are an interesting concept. One of the last issues 3 months after install was the door sagging, but was quickly fixed with adjustments to the hinges. Will not know for a while if this was a one time sag, or if the adjustable hinges are the issue and loosen with vibration so will periodically need to be adjusted.

Had infinity by Marvins installed in 2016 in the main house and just completed my three Cisan sunroom and service and quality were tops!

My experience was exceptional, your team put in 11 windows in one day without any mishaps to my house. Your service man named Aaron explained everything they were doing as the day progressed, he is very good at what he does.

Was happy with the interior look but the outside trim was not done well with aluminum flashing and a lot of caulking. Frankly it looks bad and I having the exterior trim removed and replaced at extra cost

After extensive research we found Infinity offered the highest quality product, has excellent installers who are employees, always provided updates on process before & during the project & followed up after installation. Our sales person did an extremely good job working with us when we had to go from inserts to full replacement windows. We also were impressed that the company is family owned & in business for 40 yrs. & offers a excellent warranty.

Not almost totally satisfied, but completely happy and satisfied with the final product. I have never had this level of customer service. I spent a ton of money and it was totally worth it - we replaced 50 windows.
