I can't say enough about the ICS Team. The construction crew assigned to my project were extremely hard workers, very courteous and professional. The project manager communicated with me daily (in-person/phone) to answer any questions I had and to address and take care of any issues. This was a major undertaking for me and happened during a very difficult time. The ICS Team was there for me.

We had the pleasure of working with ICS on our exterior house project. Emmanual worked with my husband and I to answer questions, address any concerns, and to help with our vision of what we had hoped for in our new exterior. Our project manager, Nick, was present every day checking in. He always communicated with us how the project was going. When I had questions, he was quick to get back to me with answers. The crew were polite, reliable, hard-working and kept the work site clean and safe. I was so impressed as they worked even on the coldest of December days. The job was done within the given time frame and we are very happy with the end product.

They came highly recommended and it was a great experience working with them so far. They are a very professional team and I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for exterior work done to their house.

After two years of research and estimates from eight contractors for cedar clapboard siding, vinyl siding and Hardie board siding, I decided on Innovative Contracting Services, Inc. and the Hardie board product. This was by far the best decision. ICS’s professionalism and installation skills far exceeded my expectations and I am very particular.

We couldn't be happier. Working with the team at ICS was the highlight of a long renovation process that was fraught with other contractors who were dishonorable. ICS stepped up to help us.

I met with many contractors in getting bids for a new roof and new siding for my house. Many people either gave incomplete bids or were non responsive. Mike and his team returned all of my emails and calls immediately and submitted a bid that covered everything we discussed. He worked with me to refine the bid multiple times until it was at a price and scope that met my needs. His team replaced our roof (shingle and flat) in the fall of 2015 and then replaced all of the siding on the house spring 2016. They were efficient and thorough and everyone who has seen the project has been very impressed - I would absolutely use ICS again for additional projects!

We have had a tremendous amount of work done on our 80 plus year old home, and none of the experiences come even close to how positively we feel regarding ICS. They use high quality materials and skilled employees. Importantly, they go above and beyond in their quality and care. Mike looked at our home as if it was his; he cared and wanted to make sure when the work was completed that we would be happy with the quality of work, but also with the transformation from what we called our ugly duckling house to one that is beautiful!!

ICS replaced masonite siding on our house. Thy removed the old siding, wrap the house in Hardie wrap, and installed Hardie plank siding. They also installed new trim around the windows, new soffits, fascia and rake boars. They provided large list of reference houses which they have completed and we were able to view and choose color and the overall look. They were easy to work with. The work was professionally done and they took care of our plants and kept the site neat. The house looks great.

We recently moved and ICS has been great from start to finish. The work performed, project manager, and crew were all great. I was amazed by their work ethic and attention to detail. We are so happy with our finished product. We would recommend their company to anyone.

Emanual is very professional and extremely responsive. Whether by phone, email or text, both Emanuel and Andreia would respond to my questions and suggestions right away! The Innovative Contracting Services crew worked hard and had a very high quality of work stripping three layers of shingles siding, installing hardy plank fiber cement siding, and a composite trim, as well as, three custom entry ways.
