The start of our roofing project was very rocky. The day the project was supposed to start the contractor had truck problems and couldn't make it, so we were told that he would be dropping his dump trailer off around 2:00 only to then be told he wasn't coming and was pulled off of the job.
The new roofing crew were on site at 6:30 a.m. the next morning, and temperatures were below the 40 degrees that we were told was a cutoff temperature for an install.
The new crew worked all day and into the evening, but couldn't finish because they were short by two or three packages of shingles due to a miscalculation so they had to cover our roof due to incoming rain overnight.
Throughout all of these issues, our project administrator did stay in touch with updates and even gave us $200 off of the project for all of the issues. Overall we're happy with the roofing crew who did a great job cleaning up around our property after the installation.

Left plenty of nails behind. Board replacement was nuts high. Boards were placed under an eve where I had other plans. Not actually roofing. Unprotected. My personal 2 grade boards. Some edging poorly trimmed. Shingles under eves not laid flat. Was flat out lied to by the salesman. When confronting at the office, slipped away. All and more in the AG report. This company’s god has presidents on it. A more serious price will be paid for than what little I was zoomed out of.

Integrity did a great job. I am extremely happy with their work. I had called them a few years ago, because many of my neighbors were getting a new roof, due to a recent hail storm. They inspected my roof and told me that I did not need a new roof. I appreciated the honesty. About five or so years later, we had a leak in our ceiling after another hail storm, so I called them back. This time we did need a new roof and they helped me dealing with the insurance company. When it came time for installation, they showed up when they said they would and the project manager not only called me throughout the day to keep me informed of their progress, but he came to our house several times to inspect the work.

Integrity arrived at 7am. I was having a new roof installed on my home and shop. It was like a military operation as the crew arrived. They stripped off bot roofs. The replaced some 4X8s on the shop roof. They laid the underlayment and shingles. Cleaned up all the mess and left at noon. It was a great job done. The next day the gutter installers showed up and only being two workers they put up 4 gutters and 4 down spouts in about 7 hours and once again cleaned up the area. It to was a great job done.

Everyone I encountered was great!

The roof is only two weeks old so time will tell about the overall quality. That said, a great experience with Integrity. Every person I dealt with was patient, answered all questions, offered suggestions, told me exactly what was going to happen and when, then met all commitments on the project. It went without a hitch and so far, I’m extremely happy.
