Very disappointed in this whole experience. Hope to never have to go through another tragedy and then have to deal with poor workmanship again. So many call backs and quality issues.

They installed my kitchen sink, and it broke four times. The new project manager came quickly and took care of it. It was not really good before he got there. The flooring was not level, and the trim came off. The only thing that they did good was paint and installed a nice countertop.

Interstate Hawaii was doing just fine until two bigger jobs came up in Lahaina, then they didn't come by for days at a time which added weeks to the clean up of my home. In the end they didn't clean my floors, no wet mopping, no vacuuming, no nothing, and when the supervisor was told she said "oh yeah they should have done that", but it never was! I would never allow them in my home again, I even have a large trash pile outside my front door that they didn't throw away.

What they did, they did well, but didn't go far enough. Anything like this in the future should be referred to my attorney because we have a file against this. Interstate Hawaii is named in that court file.
