The sales agent was highly knowledgeable and inspected the roof interior and clearly showed us the rot and mold under the roof and the best approach to replace the roof. He also taught and showed us the new materials which we could compare with our knowledge of the materials of 30 years ago. Things have changed a lot since that time.

Working with Tim Barch and the work crew, headed by David, provided great confidence to us throughout the process. They were highly professional and thorough.

Ireland contracting did a fantastic job installing our new roof; we would recommend them to anyone. Half the roof required new underlayment (wood), but the overall cost was still very reasonable and 60% less than competitors. Their Amish crew was a pleasure to work with, and the quality of install and professionalism was second to none.

The Workers were Very Professional. They work none stop with sometimes a short Break. The last day here, the weather forecast was for Afternoon Rain. They worked without a break until the End of the Project. The Clean Up was Exceptional with no Nails anywhere! The dumpster was removed on the last workday, as Promised. Company did everything they stated they would, plus. Crew hard working, friendly and willing to answer any questions about how the roof was being installed and why. New roof install was started and completed in the time frame stated by the Sales Rep./Supervisor. Crew protected all areas around the house, at ground level with traps and did a very good job on the clean up after work completed. Refuse trailer removed early the morning after work was completed.

The Amish crew that worked for three days on my roof was just terrific. We had a good experience with our roof replacement project. The materials, dumpster and crew arrived when expected. The team worked hard. The old wood was damaged, and had to be replaced. The Marc, the salesman called, told us what it would cost, and the crew installed all new wood. Everything was done according to the specifications in the contract. The work was completed in one day, even with the additional time needed to install the new wood. Our new roof looks great.

Ireland Contracting was selected to do my roofing job after a thorough review of three top roofing companies. The main reason I selected them was they identified a potential serious problem with the ventilation in my attic and came up with a good solution. The other two contractors did not Mention anything about the ventilation problem. Tim Barch was the individual who came to my house to look over the job and give me the estimate. He was the one who identified the ventilation issue. He was also the one who over-saw the job and communicated with me throughout the process. He is an honest and no-nonsense kind of person. There were a few minor things I asked him to do that typically are outside of a roofing contractors responsibility. He analyzed what I was asking and said they would be able to do that. The installation was quick, basically 3 days. The Amish crew was meticulous. There was an on site supervisor /worker that I was introduced to at the beginning of the installation who communicated well with me and answered all questions I had. He also asked me some questions about how I wanted certain things when options existed. I am extremely pleased with the installation. One minor point was there were many (20+) little plastic strips in my yard when the work was completed. Everything else was picked up but the little plastic things escarped them! Price wise they came in between the other two. I feel the price was worth the top quality work that was perform. I would highly recommend them.
