I watched Iron City's sub crew do my neighbors roof. They did a great job at a reasonable price. However, when my roof was done, the B team subs showed up.

John called back within an hr, was here for the inspection within 2, and gave an estimate toward the lower end of some of my previous estimates ($6900-$11700). On Fri, permits were pulled and materials ordered and delivered. Sat 7:20A - 7:30P, a crew of 4 or 5 pretty much worked non-stop.Good cleanup too. Roof looks great!Now, I know that my situation of getting a roof installed within 60 hrs of placing a call is mostly lucky timing, I would not hesitate to recommend Iron City Construction based on their overall handling of the process and professionalism..

Iron City Construction was best value for agreed price. John, the owner, was very attentive and followed through on promises. He brokers a very high quality product with outstanding warranty. Iron City crews was good, but could have been better. First day, they were short a 1/3 of the crew and this set timeline back. Consequently, job took 2 1/2 days verses expected 1 1/2?!
