JAlexander roofing did a nice job of installing the new roof. Communication with them is not so good and a timely response should not be expected. The crew that put the roof on did a very good job and there were only a few nails we found on the ground after they left.

J. Alexander Roofing did a phenomenal job installing our roof. The crew did a pretty decent job of cleaning up after the installation. The only reason for the four-star rating would be the lack of communication between the sales pitch and the execution of the roof. I had to reach out multiple times to get updates versus the staff being proactive in reaching out to me.

J. Alexander was professional and communicative. They exceeded all of our expectations and we would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

These guys were amazing. I am an extremely busy single mother so always on the go. They communicated with me through email, which is the best way for me. I screwed up and didn't realize that I needed my roof done by a certain time to appease my insurance company. Which only left about 3 weeks until the deadline. J. Alexander made the time to rush me in to have it complete before the deadline day. They showed up around 7:45am and as soon as I heard the ladder touch the side of my house I heard them taking off the old roof. They were done within 8 hours and had everything cleaned up. Definitely go with these guys. Very satisfied.

Tristan was on vacation at the time of me needing questions answered. During that time, he was quick to respond, as far as what I needed. He was very knowledgeable and willing to work with me as a customer. I was super happy with that. Knowing that even on his personal time, he was still willing to make time for the client for J. Alexander Roofing.
