JForrest did an excellent job residing my house. The crew just set up and did their work in a professional manner, with freedom to use their skills and judgement as was best. They found some dry rot in the middle of the job and just fixed it and moved on. This prevented any delays and was done at a very reasonable cost. Their work was great and I'd certainly use them again.

I think that probably it is a good idea for customers to be up front with what their expectations are. There was a lack of communication between the company and the subcontractors. The clients need to supervise that.

I could talk to him and he would tell me what they were doing, what was going on, and any issues that they had. They were very good to work with.

We used them because they had a really good bid and also because the salesperson, Shawn, was very helpful. We enjoyed working with him.

Sometimes you might get a contractor and be unsure about the quality of the work or something, but there was nothing that made me uneasy with them. In fact, a guy from them is going to be coming out here on Wednesday to give us a bid on another project. There was nothing about them that we were uncomfortable with.
