We hired Jacob's Ladder to replace old masonite siding with new HardiPlank siding on our 3 story victorian home in Bon Air, Virginia. We also needed 29 replacement windows, rescreening porch and adding pvc strips and expteriorporch painting and high trim. Justin Pittman was the project manager and came to our home giving us an estimate and following the project through to completion. Victor lead the siding crew and Rinaldo the painting crew. Everyone was great to work with. Any issues that came up were addressed and all work was completed to our satisfaction. Did I mention that it was completed in 3 weeks! All of the work we had done was an upgrade to what we had and now our home looks like a new house! We are so happy that we found Jacob's Ladder. They did all of the work that we needed-siding, windows, carpentry and painting. It was so helpful to have a project manager to work with directly that we could trust with our home, and we highly recommend Justin Pittman and Jacob's Ladder for all home improvement projects.

All-in-all we are quite happy with the work performed and those performing the service. The house looks great.

We had 27 windows replaced, a door taken out and a new window installed in its shape. And then they painted our house. The jobs were done quickly and for a good price compared to other people we talked to.

Since I live in a older brick home, it was nice to see that Jacob's Ladder had experience with this sort of work.

We knew they would do quality work since we had used them before, however the deck turned out to be 10 times better than we thought it would be. It is beautiful!

I hired them to paint the exterior of my house. In the process of the paint project I added a couple of other projects which they priced out for me. That included using a new deck product on the front porch and the rear deck and the steps. They also installed a new PVC rail system on my deck. I was most happy with all of that. Later, during another project, they came and did interior painting, built and installed cabinets for me, and at this point I have spoken with them about coming back to do more work. They also do wall painting and did some wall painting when they did the cabinet project. Throughout all of these projects I felt very comfortable having their people here whether I was home or not. They were clean, tidy, efficient, and always very prompt. I have nothing but nice things to say about them.

He always got back with any questions that I had posed to the painters when they were here. He actually came to the job site multiple times when they were exterior or interior work.
