They were on time, kept us in the know on what they were doing. Our shower looks Beautiful.

The in-depth sales presentation was very helpful. All our questions were answered, and we were shown actual samples of the colors & hardware to choose from. There was also a great demonstration of the non-slip floor! Our order was processed quickly, financed and installed a few weeks later. The shower is more beautiful than we expected! The features met all of our safety concerns. We especially like the teak fold-down bench and spa shower heads. Unlike our other shower, the glass doors are thick and very strong. A question arose as two whether a sliding shower handle was to be installed per the contract. After I brought it to their attention, the merchant has failed to follow up and resolve the issue.

Jacuzzi Bath remodel did an excellent job from start to finish. We converted a tub/shower to a shower only and in another bathroom we replaced a tub/shower with new ones. The workers were professional and diligent. We recommend them highly.

Customer service was generally bad

Arrived in a timely manner, very professional, and got it done in one day. But was here until 1030 pm

Removal of old tub and Installation was one day. The installers were efficient and kept the work area clean, while staying up beat. The spouse was able to keep working from home with few distractions. Will recommend to all who are looking for a new shower!

The Installers were very professional. I'm a remodeling contractor myself and the craftsmanship and products used were stellar.

I did not receive the doors that were on my original order. I have water spots on my floor after each shower. In hindsight I don’t like the placement of my shelves or hand wash shelf.

The product itself is very good so far. The process and concrete cutting left nearly the entire house covered in concrete dust. Proper containment should have been setup at the bathroom door prior to cutting/jack hammering the concrete.

Everyone we have had in our home was very polite, professional and work hard to get things right.

Very poor lack of communication. Doesn't get done in a day. Because of a mistake by jacuzzi it's taking over a month to complete. They lie when they say done in a day. It rarely happens, more like two days is realistic. Really need to revamp what they say in commercials before they get sued. When we are ready to do the other bathroom we will look at a different company not Jacuzzi.
