I am not very satisfied with what Jacuzzi Bath Remodel did.

The initial point of contact that came was excellent. The team came in and did what they needed to do. Excellent team work. It got done in a day

I enjoyed the quick turnaround on the job. I enjoyed the quality of work and the way the installers kept me in the loop throughout the whole project, and they cleaned up when they left. They did a real good job with that.

I am satisfied with the job they did.

So pleased with the final product. Good information and communication throughout the process from beginning to end. Especially impressed by the competence, care and thoughtfulness of the installers (Jose and Paul) and the quality of their work!

Cost?

We have to reach out to have someone else do the glass door because Jacuzzi Bath Remodel couldn't place it where we wanted it. It was going to open from the left to right, and we wanted it the other way.

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Atlanta is very expensive.

They were fantastic all the way through. Everything that happened was great.

The wokers at Jacuzzi Bath Remodel were skilled craftsmen.

It took several days for the installation of the job. It still isn't complete, and it was done in August. I was told I was going to get a refund and never got one and never got a call back from the several people that I have spoke with. It is probably the worst customer service that I've ever had.

They did an absolutely remarkable, fantastic looking job!

The rings on the support bars keep coming off. They slide down the pole and won't stay up.

When everything goes right, it goes right. However, if you don't know where everything is, like the water shut off, it takes forever.

Communication is not always the best. We had problems with what the salesman told us would be installed and whet was installed. We did nto receive a copy of the work order at the time of the sale. I had to call the office and request a copy.

Everyone we dealt with was helpful and prompt. Bryant, our design consultant, helped us pick out a perfect shower within our budget. The workers, Peter and Eddie, were efficient and respectful and did a good job. Jacuzzi kept us up to date on progress and the install was able to be done earlier than we expected!

Workers were polite, gave explanations,did a great job, cleaned up well afterward.

It was the best decision! We had to changed dates for installation with no problems. We love our new shower.

Our experience with Jacuzzi Bath Remodel has been the most awful experience of our married life. I would recommend buying from anybody other than them. They have commercials on TV that are deceptive and border on False advertising, if not FALSE!

I've waited over a month to get them to fix what they didn't complete.
