The installers were wonderful! They explained things. They didn't make a mess. They were quick. And, they were nice.

Jacuzzi Bath remodel did an excellent job from start to finish. We converted a tub/shower to a shower only and in another bathroom we replaced a tub/shower with new ones. The workers were professional and diligent. We recommend them highly.

Promises made, promises not kept. Having to initiate contact with company and go up the ladder to get any action. Waiting for the job to be finished for 3 months. Wanting the full payment before the job was completed.

Per conversation with the design consultant, I questioned if the shower panels could be cut to fit snugly to the ceiling because I have angled ceilings. She measured and assured me that it was possible. Upon installation the installer approached me and said sometimes the boards were not long enough and if that was the case could he go straight across. I then agreed. Yesterday a person who lives nearby showed me her instillation of 2 jacuzzi showers. Like mine, both of her bathrooms have angled ceilings and all shower panels butted perfectly next to the ceiling. Needless to say, for the price and outcome I am not happy. I am now wondering if the installer just wanted to make the instillation more convenient and easier for himself.

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Arizona - Phoenix was great to communicate with. I got what I paid for in terms of quality. Everyone I interacted with was very nice.

When the salesperson came out to talk to us, he told us it would be a solid 3/4 inch product, not the 1/8 inch product mounted to a wooden surface. The sample he showed us was what was installed, but he verbally told us it was a 3/4 inch material.

We are enjoying the shower, it looks very good, and they explained things every step and everything works fine. We have had it for four months and are very pleased with it.

I like the work and clean up they did. They were really good.

They coming, they are out and cleaned up in the same day and the quality of work is excellent. My sales rep Jenny Johnson was one of the best I’ve come across. Her presentation is detailed! I would recommend, get rid of that old tub and get a walk in shower!!

Reyna was great and the installers did fine. Ultimately looking at an unfinished project for that much money left me with instant buyer’s remorse.

Carson and Sam did a masterful job taking out our Bathtub and putting in our new walk-in shower. Everything was explained what would happen before and after the walk-shower was put in. A plumber was needed for an issue and was taken care of quickly. We are expecting many years with our new walk-in shower.

I had Jazuzzi install a walk-in shower and a jacuzzi combination. The first installation was wonderful and had fantastic people who did the job. They were beyond professional. The second job was decent, but it did not have the quality of the first. A second person had to be sent out to clean up after this team.

The initial point of contact that came was excellent. The team came in and did what they needed to do. Excellent team work. It got done in a day

So pleased with the final product. Good information and communication throughout the process from beginning to end. Especially impressed by the competence, care and thoughtfulness of the installers (Jose and Paul) and the quality of their work!

The rings on the support bars keep coming off. They slide down the pole and won't stay up.

Communication is not always the best. We had problems with what the salesman told us would be installed and whet was installed. We did nto receive a copy of the work order at the time of the sale. I had to call the office and request a copy.

The guys that did the work were running a little behind. They ran into some more in depth work. Another crew came to pitch in, so they could get it done in one day.
