The shower and workmanship are beautiful. The quality and the installers were incredible. The problem is the staff at our local Jacuzzi lost our check. We wanted our check back, they said it bounced. The bank never had record of it. They wanted us to send another check. Then they found the check and cashed it. They say they will call to give instructions before they get there, but no one does. There are big communication problems with the office.
installers did a great job, but company follow-through is somewhat lacking. The job is missing the installation of a grab bar, and I have not been contacted by Jacuzzi Bath Remodel about this.
Seems like company does not support workers very well. 2 people were supposed to have help doing demo and they other 2 “got lost”. Which then made job go from 7am until 9pm. Right around 830pm as they were cleaning up and very tired I assume they knocked something over and broke a plumbing line in the bathroom and cause water to go everywhere until we could shut off supply. Luckily they had a fitting to cap otherwise I would not have had water back on. Now I have to go get plumbing repaired. Also they were so tired and clean up at that point was minimal. I had to vacuum the entire room next to bathroom to remove drywall chunks and dust and also the entire hall they had tarps on it. Guys were actually hard workers but company should have made this a 2 day job or provide adequate resources. Will not do this again and hope I never have to use warranty. For nearly 17,000 dollars I am not impressed with the end product. Doors do not slide well and overall metal finish looks and feels cheap
Concerns developed when the crew arrived to install our bath. They talked to me about possibly using a more narrow shower pan because the one we ordered didn’t come in. I declined. The crew left and came back about an hour later with what was supposed to be a better pan. It was the correct size but without a foam core underneath. I allowed the installation based on getting the correct size and a better pan.
The gentleman laid out the hardware for me to view and escorted me to the back of the truck to view the wall material. At the time I thought that material was different than the first bathroom we had Jacuzzi install the week before. The pattern was darker than the first bathroom. My wife was helping choose the various materials and I was fairly certain that both bathrooms were going to be the same. My wife wasn’t available to view the materials. The gentleman proceeded to start demolition etc.
my wife is not satisfied with the wall panels that were installed. She has commented multiple times daily that she doesn’t care for what was installed.
The shower rod was installed before I could discuss the height we wanted it. My wife intended to use the curtain that we had in the bathroom originally. Unfortunately it is approximately 2” too high for our shower curtain.
The installers were very careful during demolition and did whatever they could to contain the dust and noise. I was able to establish placement for grab bars and the shelves. The original hardware installed for shower controls was not what we specified so I brought that to their attention. They located the correct control and one of the men had to go to the warehouse to pick it up.
Figment and caulking was superb. I tool opportunity to view their work throughout the day. The men worked hard and were very respectful.
We haven’t actually used the shower yet so we don’t know how much water will go onto the floor because of the curtain issue.
The technical skills of this crew exceeded the crew that did our first bathroom. The installation was a bit neater and the caulking was done better.
The sales person said he would most likely stop by to check on progress etc. but he didn’t. I believe it would have been better if he had so some of the discrepancies could have been discussed with him. The installers were left trying to make things right and they did as good a job as possible. It seemed to me that someone was aware that the ordered items weren’t available and arbitrary substitutions were made.
Friendly courtesy timely service.
Price cut for salespeople not to have to return seems to be a bit of a pressure tactic to get a contract signature, but somewhat offset by price match guarantee. Luckily other company’s sales representative provided what Jacuzzi was looking for to meet qualification requirements to price match. Questions Jacuzzi asked were Greek to me.
I’ve already recommended jacuzzi to a friend.
The job when completed looks great. I did not like the fact it took 2 months to complete the project due to a problem floor pan. It was promised to take 2 to 3 days. On the second day it was found the floor pan was pooling just before the drain. The second pan made had the same problem from what I was told. The third pan had the same problem but the installer Juan was able to shim it to drain correctly. This should have been done on the first installation. I am giving a 10 due to Juan's expertise and knowledge to fix the problem. Thank you Juan fir a great job!
The gentleman who did the job was very professional, hard-working, pleasant, and respectful.
Their customer service is awful. I have been trying to get in touch with them since the installation. No managers are returning my calls.
This may change to a 10 based on how things go with rewording outstanding issues.
Friendly employees, on time, fast installation, great communication
No, I will not be recommending this process to anyone. I feel like we were deceived from the beginning. My husband and I trusted the Jacuzzi reputation. I am grateful that this came with a lifetime warranty because I am afraid we will need it. By no means to I feel like we got our money’s worth. It looks nice however and I am grateful for the future ease of cleaning compared to tile. I am not sure what could be done at this point to make me change my view.
Miguel and Manny arrived at the scheduled time and worked all day paying attention to not disturb any areas where they weren’t working. The finished shower looks beautiful and they paid great detail to the finishing touches.
There was some confusion in terms of the contract itself, but the work done was very good.
Everything went well, except when they hit the wall edge and left a large area without plaster. Of course I had a tiled shower on the other side of the wall and the placing the boards and tearing out the old tub shower broke up the grout and now I have missing grout in my other shower. I am not a handyman, so I will have to hire someone to fix both areas and find paint to match to cover the damage wall. Additional cost to me
I called customer after our install and told them that the installers left with our old. $60 showerhead. Was planning on putting it in bath 2.
Lady said she would pass on message to install supervisor to ask installers where it’s at.no call back or follow up.
Also your commercials advertise “ no install charge now”
I don’t believe we ever got that advertised deal.
Love the results & done in 3 days for 2 bathrooms.
Great crew. With very good work
The installation crew was on time, efficient, and very friendly. They worked very hard the entire time to complete the project, which was dearly anticipated. The finished product was what I wanted, and I was pleased with the results.
Jacuzzi Bath Remodel did everything in a timely manner. They were very nice and polite. They made sure that they picked up after themselves. The project was done very nicely and the installers, who put the shower in, were very nice too.
It is fantastic!
Great job, good work from installers, Ethan and Henry
Clean up was good also
The workers were very professional and meticulous. I really enjoyed them because they were just great!
Took a long time for materials to arrive, especially the doors.
