It was a great experience. The installers were good. They were committed to giving us the shower we wanted, and everything was just as we wanted it. The shower doors are beautiful.
Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is a good company, and I have no complaints about them.
The reason for the 9-star rating is that on the day of the installation, they sent two men out, but one went home sick and the installation couldn't be completed in one day.
The repairmen were good. They got it done in one day. The reason I did not give it a rating of ten is because they accidentally put a whole in the wall, and it actually does not look too great.
It was quick, and they did it neatly without any issues.
The work was done according to plan, and they did a good job. They went the extra mile by reinforcing the floor because it needed extra attention. The job was more complex than usual, but they took the time they did, and it was an all-day project.
They made everything as easy as possible. We had a great time picking out what designs we wanted. It was an overall pleasant experience.
Customer service is lacking.
Jacuzzi Bath Remodel didn't finish the work. The bathroom remodel cost about $15,000. They did about $7,000 worth of work. I can't use the shower and I can't put a tub in.
Jacuzzi was absolutely wonderful with the installation. I am a very satisfied customer.
We are waiting right now for a complete re-do. There were a number of problems with it, more than we had seen until someone from Jacuzzi came out. The entire project has to be taken out and done again.
I tore out a bathtub enclosure to install a walk-in shower, and my walk-in shower is so slippery my husband won't let me use it, and he won't use it anymore either. I phoned and complained, and the repairman came out and said he would spray a compound on the shower floor, but it would irritate our feet if sensitive, and I would be unable to clean it without a brush; I declined the offer, and he mentioned Amazon offered shower mats with cups on the bottom. My previous shower had a basin issue on the old floor, and it is now considerably more unsafe. We are in our late 80s and disappointed by this.
They did a great job, cleaned everything up, and we were both very pleased with it!
Two people showed up at 7:15 am on the day of my project and said they would be back at 7:30 because they forgot some supplies. They did not get back until 9:20 am and when I asked what took them so long he rolled his eyes and said well the other guy had some personal issues so he had to leave, so I had to go get another guy to help me. I said a phone call would have been nice, and he said they did not have my number. He showed me the materials he was going to use, and I told him they were not the correct ones. So, we reached out to the supervisor and told him about the incident and that I was not happy with the way things started. The supervisor was supposed to come out and bring the correct samples, but when he got here he did not have any with him, he just showed me what he had on his phone. He said there are some upgraded materials that we could use on my truck and I can give you the discounted price since we did not bring the right ones, but I told him I wanted the exact materials that I picked out. He also told me that the installers were not the normal crew and that they were interns. After that he left and said to call him if we had any more issues but did not leave me his phone number. The plumber came in later and then a couple of hours after he had gotten there, another plumber showed up. I asked the new plumber why he was here, and he said the other plumber had personal issues so he had to leave, and he would be taking over. It went like that for the rest of the day, and they did not finish, so they had to come back the next day. When they arrived the second day, they asked me if I had any paint and painting supplies, so I gave them paint, a tray, and an expensive brush and rollers, however they never brought them back to me. I ended up talking to Conner or Conrad who is the district manager and I told him I was upset, and he asked why I was concerned about staying updated about my project, and he said that they are all bonded so they would finish the project and I did not need to worry. I let him know that they showed up late and had a lot of issues, and that I was disappointed in their customer service. He called me back the next day to apologize and gave me a $250 discount. After they completed the project, I waited the 3 days then went to use my shower and the hot water did not work. So I called to let them know, and they sent out another plumber, who said they installed it wrong. That is now fixed, but I am still waiting on a bathroom seat.
The install of the new barn door was inadequate.
They did not send me a copy of the contract. I had to call them and ask them for it.
After the sale was made, there has been very little contact with the seller. rRquests for arrival time and when work would start has not been communicated to us.
Pressured in home sales pitch, poor communication regarding date of install, took twice as long as expected, grout issue, curtain rod broke day after install, did not get Costco rebate as promised
Lincoln and George answered our many questions about the installation and timeline. They were both so very knowledgeable and friendly.
They took so long to do the product. I was about three months.
Everything was done exactly as advertised and the installers kept me informed during the process. There were a couple of hiccups, but they were addressed add quickly and timely.
I am not the one who had the remodeling; my mother did. She is not happy.
The scheduling went quickly.
We are very satisfied with our product.
I am not happy with the installation.
