The initial point of contact that came was excellent. The team came in and did what they needed to do. Excellent team work. It got done in a day

So pleased with the final product. Good information and communication throughout the process from beginning to end. Especially impressed by the competence, care and thoughtfulness of the installers (Jose and Paul) and the quality of their work!

The rings on the support bars keep coming off. They slide down the pole and won't stay up.

Communication is not always the best. We had problems with what the salesman told us would be installed and whet was installed. We did nto receive a copy of the work order at the time of the sale. I had to call the office and request a copy.

The guys that did the work were running a little behind. They ran into some more in depth work. Another crew came to pitch in, so they could get it done in one day.

Im very happy with our Jacuzzi Bath Shower. My wife loves it two. the installers did a great job, worked very hard to make sure we got what we wanted . the end product was professionally accomplished. So far so good.

We did have issues with the company. Things were done incorrectly. We had two bathrooms done. They did one bathroom and even the installers said they could see two bathrooms. They did one and we never heard from them. They were like they never ordered the materials and so forth for the second bathroom. Then we had to have a custom door made. They put us with a company and we are still without the custom door that was messing up on us. We are still without a door. The other company screwed up. We ordered both bathrooms the same and we have two different shower heads. Why do we have two different ones when we ordered things the same? Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Arizona knew they were screwing up. They never tried to make it right. They didn't do anything to try to compensate us or try to make it right.

I found them to be very expensive.

I had my shower and tub put in 3 times because of poor quality product and workmanship! After third time which still had installation issues I asked for a full refund and to cut ties with this company. I would never recommend this company but I sure do caution people to stay clear of them.

The customer service experience was not a good situation.

The whole Jacuzzi team was awesome to work with. Yes, we paid a bit more, but it was so worth the money. They were clean, efficient, respectful of us and our home and left an amazing bathroom. We are more than thrilled!

I was not happy with the way our specs were communicated incorrectly. The specs we gave them to work from were mistranslated and not done correctly through the people who put the orders in for the materials that were needed to do the job.

I highly recommend Jacuzzi Bath Remodel. There were a few problems, but they ironed them out.

It was a delayed install. They didn't get the measurements right, and the people who came out to do the installation the first time tried to leave early and continue to delay the process.

It is overpriced.

Jacuzzi bath remodel was the best thing I could have done for the age of my home. I wish they could have done the whole bathroom too.

The third party company that was contracted to do this job was not up to the Jacuzzi standard in our opinion. The 2 day job took 94 days. The pan was ordered three times and still not perfect. The installers cut the truss in the upstairs master bath shower, which is the shower that was contracted to be completed. The supervisor, Kyler (yes spelled correctly) was rude, dismissive, had poor communication skills & in general a jerk.

They installed a bathtub and a shower, and it was done wrong. It is falling apart where they glued things together. It was a very bad installation. The product is bad.

My project did not complete on time. When I asked them to communicate with me about why it was not going to be completed on time no one followed up with me and they ignored my question.

I can't believe you still want a review from this job . From the very beginning we assured that we would be dealing with a professional company with professional personnel by your sales rep ARIANA ( I believe that was her name) & when the install date came your personnel showed up & did the initial $20,000 shower install they left some 9 hours later but were not able to complete the job as needed but your personnel stated to us that they would leave the shower usable. They did not!!! The hot water was the only water that would come thru so my mother burned herself slightly trying to use the $20,000 shower. Fast forward to the final repair / install visit which would be visit #6 your service tech took 20 mins i repeat 20mins to do what 5 other crews could not which was to pipe both hot & cold water thru the $20,000 brand new shower equipment. (Hot & Cold water had been coming thru in the old shower. I'm running out of space so NO we would not recommend Jacuzzi to anybody. By the way we discovered that the final repair visit left the hot & cold water handles were put on backwards (Hot on cold, Cold on hot but at this point we were done with jacuzzi

The guys that did my installation were great, professional, quick, and they covered everything. They made sure my house was taken care of and didn't cause any damage or mess. They showed up on time. The lady that came out first was very sweet, professional, and informative. She was very helpful in helping me make the decision. She told me about upgrades. I reached out to her afterwards to ask about the Costco card. She was very quick to respond to me. Everyone was quick to respond to questions and gave me an answer in 24 hours or less. I was very appreciative of that.

From design to installation everything was done to the highest standards!

The fixes to the floor and wall have still not been completed almost 3 months after the shower was installed.

The technician did a wonderful job installing the new shower. The sales representative was very responsive during the sales and all the install.

They did an amazing job installing, cleaned up after and were in and out in oner day!

The price of doing business is not affortable for all.

The reason it's not higher is the sloppiest of the first installation team. Their supervisor and one of their other quality control guys were sent out to take care of the 2 issues

I have already referred to several friends.

I would suggest that who ever would contact Jacuzzi would be happy with there work.

At my age, I needed this. To have a walk-in shower is a blessing. Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Arizona - Phoenix gave me a little more time.

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Arizona - Phoenix's final product was excellent. They did a good job. I am still waiting for the sales rep to price adjust the project based on the quote, as they stated they would match anyone's quote. I priced two bathrooms and had Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Arizona - Phoenix do one and USA Bath do the other. The second bathroom was $3,500 cheaper, so I asked Brandon to price match the second bathroom price, but I have not heard back from him. Otherwise, Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Arizona - Phoenix would get 10 stars.

It was very professionally done. I am so in love with it.

When Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Arizona - Phoenix came, they had the wrong shower walls. I was supposed to pick the right one from the postage stamps on the phone. The guys the first day were wonderful. They covered everything and cleaned up. The crew on the second day was not good, did not clean up, and broke through the wall of my bathroom, which I had to have repaired. They did not put grab bars in that matched my fixtures. They had to do that twice, and they still are not a good match.

Over all satisfied. Took 2 days not one to complete. The workers were polite and knowledgeable. The overall result was a great improvement to what we previously had which was hard to clean and outdated. The new bathroom doesn't require cleaning.

They did a terrific job on the installation. I am very happy with the quality.

The only thing that I would say that doesn't give them a 10-star rating is that the whole job took longer than expected. It was only supposed to be a one- to two-day job, but it took a week.

Very professional personel. They were both efficient and effective in removing out old tub and shower and cleaned up completely at the end of the day, both inside and outside, even though they were coming back to install our new tub and shower the very next day. They are a 10 all around.

The company was too difficult to work with and doesn’t follow through on their commitments. We ordered frosted glass and black accents. This wasn’t sent with the installers. We were told the company would return the following week with the correct door. They did not and that became weeks of ignored emails and threats of complaints to the BBB and CFPB. This was not the guaranteed service the salesperson promised. The salesperson who also didn’t respond to our requests for resolution.

We have been unable to get our Costco membership discount, which is significant. We have followed up by contacting customer service (Polly), who promised to follow up, but did not and would not return several text requests for the information on the status of receiving our discount. (Our remodel was done SIX months ago.

They did a beautiful job, absolutely beautiful. The next week, I took a shower and had to call my husband and 911 on that. My left knee twisted underneath me because the shower pan is way too slick. We had to buy a shower mat so we didn't slip and fall again. I am taking showers in our old shower. Otherwise, they did a fantastic job, and it's gorgeous. I am scared of using it now.

I already have recommended them to a friend.
