We have to reach out to have someone else do the glass door because Jacuzzi Bath Remodel couldn't place it where we wanted it. It was going to open from the left to right, and we wanted it the other way.

The shower works well. There was significant wall damage to the wall next to the shower when installed, where our bathroom is. This wall was damaged when applying the handle for the shower. Unfortunately, we did not notice this until the installers left. I emailed and my wife called the customer service tel # the day of installation, 30Dec and did not get a reply. I emailed again today on 3 Jan- and the reply was 'Good afternoon, I did receive your email. I sent everything over to our service department.' How will this be remedied? I realize this is a holiday time, but can I get a response or at least an apology?

I was informed that the project would take a day or so and that the door would be installed after it was installed. However, I was not able to use the shower. They turned the water very hot, making it impossible to use the shower.

The salesman helped us get everything in our price range that we needed. It seemed like a long time to wait for it but it was well worth it! The two man team that put the shower in were very friendly and knowledgeable. I’m thrilled with this beautiful addition to our house!

My wife just had her left leg amputated. I went over and over this with the salesmen that we need this shower to work for her. The product is really nice but NO provisions for a handicap person. Wheelchair won't even go through the door of the shower. I was expecting this to be around 7 to 10 thousand dollars. I was floored when it came to 21 thousand dollars. Way to expensive for what you get.

Was disappointed that The broke some tiles and did not repair. The response was that they did not do that and for the 18,000 we paid I would expect a little more professionalism.

The sales representative was dishonest and lied about things that were going to happen during the installation. The product is two and half months old and is not holding up. The sealant and caulking is coming off while we use the shower.
