The sales representative was dishonest and lied about things that were going to happen during the installation. The product is two and half months old and is not holding up. The sealant and caulking is coming off while we use the shower.

They were supposed to come back to fix the wall because they messed it up, but they never came.

Initially, I had the representative come and give me an estimate, and I paid in full on the spot with the understanding that the repairs would be done within two or three weeks. I had to keep calling back until finally they sent someone to complete the work. They were advertising on TV that if you booked an appointment they would waive the installation fee, but that was not done for me. I paid the full amount that was requested, and then I saw the commercial stating free installation with two or three years to pay. I called to inquire, but I didn't get a response, so I said forget it.

I would definitely give Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Atlanta a higher rating if it was a standard design. If it is a custom design, they take more time, as there were a lot of things going on with my three installations. With my two custom installations, I was not satisfied with the design and the team who came out to do the work. The installers stated to just reject it and they would come back, but they were already completing the work. They need to pay attention to the measurements and take their time. The standard bathroom was good. The next two projects I did with Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Atlanta, my family complained about things being flimsy and shakey. I was expecting more because of the first standard bathroom, from the two custom bathrooms.

I love this Jacuzzi shower. I don't even have to squeegee the windows; it dries without any spots. I have a really nice place to put my shampoo. It's so much easier to take care of, and I love that.

They came in and did the bathroom. There was a leak. They fixed it and then there was another. They came back and opened the wall. I complained about a knick from the installation. They came through my bedroom wall. The second leak was in the bedroom that adjoins the bathroom. The carpet and chaise were both wet. There was a 36 inch cut in the wall that they did to find the other leak and then they walked away.

They were timely, efficient, and very professional.
