The commercial looks fine as far as the one-day installation. They adhered to that. I had a few problems, but the workers stayed until 10:00 that evening.

One problem is that they were supposed to bring back the bathtub rod for the curtain, and we never heard back from them. However, the gentleman who is coming to do the shower door used the one from the shower and we're using that in the tub. I didn't appreciate that nobody said anything.

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Atlanta was such a great company to work with when we did our shower makeover on May 21st. We were wholeheartedly impressed with the quality of materials used, the craftmanship, and the quality of installation.
We are ecstatic with the job Jason Bennext, Omar Gomez and Eric Aveldones did. The cuts were precise, and the final touches were perfect and I would be the first to notice anything poorly done. Jason had some great ideas on the installation which really contributed to an excellent outcome.
I only wish we had done the makeover sooner.

My new shower looks great and the installation experience could not have been better. Jason and Omar are true professionals. They explained the installation process, showed me how to operate the shower, and did and outstanding job of cleaning up afterwards. I couldn’t be more pleased with their work.

I was told a very different start date when the guy first came out then what actually happened by over a month.

I’m really not sure at this point. I’m still dealing with quite a bit of damage from the first install not just on the bathroom walls but downstairs in my kitchen family room area where they came through the ceiling patched it up and painted it a different color it looks horrible.

The shower installer was fast, professional and good. He did an excellent job and it took 1 day.

I wouldn't use them again. The salesperson gives you a quote, and then they give you a quote for the glass, which is subcontracted. The measurements are not sent to the glass company until Jacuzzi gets all of their money. The price for the glass that was quoted to me by the Jacuzzi salesperson, Gabriel, was 1000 less than what the glass company quoted me. I would not work with them again, because you are at the mercy of the glass company. I would use a company that does the whole installation all together and not with subcontractors. That way, you can make one single payment. Not only that, they also tried to charge me for the original installation than I was originally quoted. Luckily, I had it written down from when the salesperson came, and they did honor that price. If you use Jacuzzi, make sure you write everything down, and have your salesperson sign off on it.

Worth the time and money. If you are looking to change your bathroom/shower you have to get Jacuzzi.

Great execution. Hard workers . Smooth install

The bathroom is unique with no door or shower curtain. There is just a wall, so you can only see from your shoulders up. They were excellent!

I would tell that friend to be aware of when they invest in the shower and that when the bottom is put on that they need to pay attention if the water will evacuate the drain properly because ours doesn't. I would tell them to be aware because I asked to talk to customer service, and it has been over a month and I have not heard a word from them about my issue.

You have to be particular on how they do things. I had my bathtub remodeled. On my shower rod, it is not even, it is sitting too low.

They did a very good job. They finished in one day. They cleaned up and were very professional!

The gentleman who completed the service were very prf and court they got it donw quickly coms all they had to go we had a great experience with them.

I was unsure of my decision to use Jacuzzi for both of my bathrooms. But once I saw the quality of the product, the thoroughness of the installation process with the extremely knowledgeable and professional installers, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase.

The remodel was quick, looks good, and it was slightly expensive for the type of material. Otherwise, it is of good quality.

No, it’s just too expensive for what you get. I could have done my whole bathroom for what it cost. I was told, I was buying reliability but it’s just a gimmick from a gimmicky sales person. I ask for a quote, then all of a sudden it’s do this now or lose the “discount”. Also I was told I’d get another $500 off because of a no show on the sales person. But nope.

Everyone at Jacuzzi Bath Remodel was wonderful. From representative Sedona to Daren getting everything setup then Xavier and Khalid doing the install.

From sales to service, this was a positive experience.

They did a good job for me.
