They ordered the wrong-sized pan, delayed the work, and caused damage to other parts of my bathroom. I am still waiting on completion of the work.

Water was shut off for 8 1/2 hours because the plumber left for several hours to go to another job. The tub was filled on Wednesday for final inspection, and it is now Monday and no inspection has been done! I’ve called Jacuzzi several times and keep being told they’ll get back to me! Very disappointed in the process!!!

I would recommend them to a friend because I'm a product designer for half of a century, so of course I'm going to be tricky and they were able to do it in their normal stride. It took a little longer, but it was in budget, on time, and great stuff.

Very efficient and clean. The two young men who were here were excellent, personable, and businesslike; kept everything clean; and worked hard while they were here. They completed the job in a day and a half; I give them tens.

My experience with Jacuzzi Bath Remodel was extremely professional from beginning to end.

Multiple problems not addresses properly. When I called to follow up the person who left the message was completely uninterested in listening. NO, effort was made to take responsibility for two cracked pans or employees that were trying to install broken parts. No apologies at all. This was BEFORE we discovered the leak that ruined my office ceiling which is still in need of repair. I would not recommend this outfit to ANYONE. So so so unprofessional and slap shod.

Not a one-day project, as sold. More like 24 hours in our home, they left at 10:15 PM finishing our second bathroom.

Jacuzzi stayed in touch throughout the process, from initial planning through scheduling and installation. Everyone I spoke with was professional and friendly. On installation day the crew was prompt, worked well together and gave good advice concerning an unexpected problem to correct. The final product is perfect. I couldn't be happier with the result. Overall it has been a positive experience.

They are very professional and appropriately friendly. They were very responsive. I had a slight problem after and they got back to me the same day. They came the following day to fix it. They jump to fix issues and I am very pleased with the work that they did.

Jacuzzi is much more expensive than the competitors. The true quality of the products won’t be known for years.

The process was extremely easy. The installers were great. Everything went perfectly.

It took four months for our installation. The wrong equipment kept being delivered, and it leaked after it was installed.

They advertise a one-day install, and it has taken a month now to get it done.

I am likely to recommend them to a friend because I'm happy with installation and the design consultant, but I've called the customer service department several times and I wasn't getting a call back. The installation failed twice and I'm not sure who was giving the incorrect measurements, but when I'd call the department, they wouldn't call me back. I contacted Brittany and everything was resolved. Other than that, I'm happy with everything else.

The service, and install was great with Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of St. Louis, but the communication was lacking.

During whole experience, Jacuzzi Bath Remodel was incredibly professional, very efficient, and very repectful of my space, considering it is in the master bedroom. It was fantastic experience from start to finish. I would totally use Jacuzzi Bath Remodel again, and I'd recommend them anybody looking to do it!

Everyone was professional throughout the project. They were on time and did a great job. They made sure that I was happy.

I was told I would only need to paint. Instead I had to have above the shower fixed, taped and textured before I could paint. An extra $500 expense.

Worst experience ever! Signed contract MARCH 31, Dec and still not completed as they had to rip it out again, 3x. They finally decided to start completely over. Hopeful it will be completed to a high level of satisfaction by the end of this year but won’t hole my breath.
Gotta love those ads I keep getting for false promises of shower in a day. I can understand having to wait for materials, then when they come out, it’s installed in a day but at this point it’s just crazy! They started with a completely bare canvas. There wasn’t even any sheet rock on my walls. It was already down to the studs due to damage in that bathroom from water exploding.

Let’s see what did I like about Jacuzzi bath plain and simple they were awesome. Their work is beautiful and I’m so happy with them and I’m so glad that we called to have them do our bathrooms.

Over promised under delivered. I struggle to see the value in spending as much as I did with the results I got.

They did an excellent job, and they left the place absolutely clean. They also covered the stairs with a cloth before they went up. Furthermore, they did a very good job.

The order process ran smoothly and the materials for installation arrived sooner than anticipated. The installers were fantastic and did a great job. They were very professional, courteous and left our home neat and clean. I love my new shower!

I liked the quality of the work but the communication needs to improve. I called to reschedule my first installation appointment but it wasn’t communicated to the installers. I was told the inspection would occur the day after and they never came. I waited all day and cancelled my plans. I was told I would get a call back but I didn’t several times. The installers were great and efficient. But I wish my overall experience was great.

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Portland did a good job; however, it did not happen in one day, which is not their fault. The county inspector did not arrive on time; therefore, they had to come back another day to complete the plumbing and bathroom work on Thursday and return next Monday. The bathroom was completed in five days. I would like to know if they can make arrangements in advance with the county officials to set a schedule. This way, you won't have to inconvenience customers for more than a day or so, or complete the work as promised within one day.

Only the installers seemed competent. The salesperson made several errors that impacted us in a negative way. First, she advised us that we would receive a phone call the next day to gather payment information, even asking us to indicate what time we wanted the call. We did get a call several days later at a random time.

Then she ordered incompatible parts - this wasn't discovered until a few days before the install. That caused the first delay as there was a scramble to find the parts that would work correctly. So that caused a installation reschedule. The scheduler then failed to consider the availability of the city inspector and we had to reschedule again.

Just before the technician was leaving, the plumber told me it was time to turn the water back on. I did so and water came cascading out of the shower pipes - seems they hadn't yet been sealed. We were very lucky that this didn't cause major damage, just some paint and effort on our part. Even though this was reported to the company, no one called to check on the situation or offer assistance!

During the install, the technician discovered that the salesperson had not measured the pan correctly correctly, and he had to order a new one. That caused a 3 week delay.

We thought the installer, Cameron, did a great job, discovering and fixing problems he didn't create. He was kind and professional at every step.

I would recommend them to a friend because we're enjoying the shower.

The 3 men that came to install the unit were very professional and detailed oriented! Before they left they reviewed the paperwork. They asked me several times ‘do you have any questions we can answer for you?’ They answered all my questions.

After install we had a leaking toilet. We have replaced the toilet since we had company coming. The tub diverter is not long enough the water fill the tub will splash on the floor. It should be 6” instead of 4”.

See final comment. Mostly better attention to caulking spots left behind and some miscommunication amongst the crew about scheduling final inspection. The final product was just fine and problems were minor and easily dealt with.

They did a fantastic job. It was everything we wanted!
