My installers were fantastic; they were golden.
The management side is the reason I gave them a low Google rating to start with.
I am satisfied.
There is only one thing really that I am dissatisfied about, and that is that the shower doesn't have enough water pressure. It is just too soft, and you don't feel like you are getting a good shower.
The customer service was horrific.
They promise good customer service and they do provide that. I would recommend them.
The installers were prompt, polite and professional. End result was great!
Jacuzzi could not have had a more pleasant crew working in our house, doing the tear out of our tile double stall shower and install the Jacuzzi system.
But that said, there was no bill of materials in any written document that was sent, nor a set of drawing that describe the project as I am used to being in the construction industry for 40 years. Nothing described the material used. And as part of this survey, I need Jacuzzi will provide them to me. Please include the safety data sheets for all materials including the caulking/glue.
When the project was delayed due to the dry rot under the shower pan, the on site crew should have had a better response other than "the home owner" is responsible for the fix. Jacuzzi should have a list of repair sources that they have worked with before as a resource to help the home owner. I had none! Solutions are better than dump and run.
The on site plumber did call his brother in law and gave me his number. I called him, but it turned out could not come until after the weekend. Not a good situation. I told the crew that I would call Jacuzzi when the dry rot was resolved, but certainly not till next week!
Then on Monday to add insult to injury. Someone from Jacuzzi called me at 6:50 am to tell me that there was no crew available on Monday. When I said no problem because of the dry rot, he responded that he/Jacuzzi had a list of contractors! Imagine my surprise. But I already had someone lined up to do the job. Poor procedures and communications from Jacuzzi.
When the project stopped because of the dry rot, a supervisor should have contacted me directly with this list of contractors. Not being a resource for me is why the rating is not higher. And after writing this, I am going back to drop it another point.
And lastly the sheet left at the end of job that describes the care of the shower is unreadable and need it to be replaced.
We are very impressed with the workers. They worked hard with no breaks. Anytime they encountered a problem they worked through it. They did a beautiful and excellent job.
They are very truthful, efficient, and work in a timely manner. They completed things when they said they were going to get them completed.
It took almost four months to finish this job of two showers. Communication was very difficult. Call backs next to impossible. Part not ordered. Wife very irritated! The first day the employees went to our old house in Wilsonville that we had the shower replaced two years ago. It was a start that only got better!
The personnel, from sales to shine, were all very knowledgeable.
The guys were fantastic. I could not have asked for better.
The product is good. I’d have no problem recommending that but below is my complaints about how the job was done.
More options.
My experience was great. They did everything they said they would in a timely manner, and they cleaned up after the job.
We are very happy with it. The installers were wonderful and got it done in two days which was amazing.
I had great service from them. The team I had, they were good.
Jacuzzi gives quality materials and quality service from beginning to end. Installers, Cameron and Zach, gave top notch customer service
I don't believe the materials that were shown during the estimate interview were the same materials that they used. They gave me a cheaper material.
The two men that were here were fantastic. They were very fiendly, polite, and great guys. We really enjoyed them.
I love my shower, but it was expensive.
The contractors were very friendly, went above and beyond, and were just absolutely fantastic.
It took 2 months to complete instead of one day. The communication with the customer was zero.
I do not recommend anything to anyone ever
We’re really unhappy with the quality. Huge caulked seam in the middle of the shower. Faux grout line’s do not match. Sales person said the panels were custom made for each job. Obviously this is not correct. For a $23000.00 job paid in advance, it’s very disappointing.
I enjoyed my experience and I think Jacuzzi did a wonderful job.
I was very happy with Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Portland.
I already have recommended them. Jacuzzi sets the benchmark for good quality, and good customer service.
This is overly advertised as a one day install. Which may be true if there are no adjustments. I had an appointment over a month in advance yet when the installers (when they finished their demolishion) had to wait 4 hours for the plumber to come and when he got here he clearly didn't have the skills to do the job, and another plumber had to be called in, it was obvious this wasn't going to happen quickly. My house is 24 yrs. old and second the plumber had to fix what wasn't done right the first time. That lead to a different floor panel. That took a month to make. Finally a month later the installers were able to come back and finish. I will say they were very respectful and professional, and I have no complaint about the work they did.
The guys are really great. They had a couple of problems with finishing in one day. It was something with our bathroom. They kept their word when they came back. I found them very professional. The curtain rod didn't come in on time. They got a regular one to replace it. They came back and put the correct one in. We didn't have to go without a curtain rod. They made sure we could use it.
We love our showers.
They told me I wouldn't have to pay anything for a year. All of a sudden I was getting billing, and it was somebody that represented the company. I am paying $60 a month for a year. It was a whole thing, and it is crazy.
It was difficult to schedule. They came out to the wrong house, twice. I called 7 times before I got them to come out.
Communication is not Jacuzzi's forte.
You need to pay more attention to follow-up and customer service. There should be a courtesy call to the customer within a week of the finished project, or no later than 1 month. You need to show that your company still cares even if there is a warranty.
The entire process from start to finish was easy and hassle-free. Every person that I worked with at Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Portland was professional, kind, sincere, and honest. The team took time to find out exactly what I was looking for and executed it into my dream shower. Ulises and Jordan we're amazing installers. They took extra care to ensure the carpets were protected during the installation process and left the work area as clean or even cleaner than when they arrived.
OMG! 1st, lacking in communication. Many details have been shared with some employees whom I called when no one was telling me what was going on.
They were on time, kept us in the know on what they were doing. Our shower looks Beautiful.
The in-depth sales presentation was very helpful. All our questions were answered, and we were shown actual samples of the colors & hardware to choose from. There was also a great demonstration of the non-slip floor! Our order was processed quickly, financed and installed a few weeks later. The shower is more beautiful than we expected! The features met all of our safety concerns. We especially like the teak fold-down bench and spa shower heads. Unlike our other shower, the glass doors are thick and very strong. Installers Eli & Travis explained each process, and demonstrated how to use each feature. We couldn't be more pleased! Thank you Jacuzzi! Shirley & Ruben Salas
Absolutely would recommend to my friends.
The job was completed in two days as it was a large double shower. The workers were courteous and friendly. We love the new look.
The experience over all was a good one and could easily recommend.
see comment below.
Removal of old tub and Installation was one day. The installers were efficient and kept the work area clean, while staying up beat. The spouse was able to keep working from home with few distractions. Will recommend to all who are looking for a new shower!
Very poor lack of communication. Doesn't get done in a day. Because of a mistake by jacuzzi it's taking over a month to complete. They lie when they say done in a day. It rarely happens, more like two days is realistic. Really need to revamp what they say in commercials before they get sued. When we are ready to do the other bathroom we will look at a different company not Jacuzzi.
I highly recommend Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Portland. I was very well pleased with the time they said they were going to come and the quality of the work.
There were lots of mistakes made. The first Plummer that was sent out put in an illegal drain and it failed inspection. A second Plummer was sent out and he fixed it correctly. This set things back and they sent out a new crew . The new crew were given the wrong walks and after cutting to size I realized it was the wrong color , I told them and they agreed and had to go back to warehouse to get correct walls. This kept setting back timeline. Next they got it all glued in and ready to hang the new doors and the head manager came out to help and they installed doors only to figure out they had not backed the walls with support and it all had to be redone and support had to be put in walls to hold the heavy doors. This again set it back. Instead of actually removing the walls they cut parts out and then put in support and then put another layer of walls on top. Finally the doors were hung and it is a nice shower. The second time putting in the faucet the Handel was reversed and someone had to come out and switch that also. This entire process was quite stressful and made me really question ever doing this again. The shower is very nice, but it took over a week instead of 24-48 hours and was quite stressful. The workers were nice and the second plumber was great.
This process was very smooth from design to install. The communication was clear and consistent. The designer explained all the options and the installers were very careful to make sure my animals didn't get out when they were coming and going. They also cleaned the areas they were in extremely well.
Tanner and Michael did a fantastic job. Very attentive to details and always checking with us on bench height details and personal preferences for shelving placement. They kept the job site and my hallway very clean and respected our home. Tanner explained all of the specifics of the install and always asked for input when needed. I highly recommend Tanner and Michael and Jacuzzi.com for a bath remodel.
The experience was wonderful.
