Professional, courteous, thoughtful employees did a great job.
I think the whole thing is too expensive.
I didn't like the process that they took.
Everything from the sales to the installation was fabulous. They were very professional and completed the work quickly.
They started before 8:00 AM and were done by 2:00 PM. It was great.
Product is excellent. Installers were efficient and cleaned up their mess. Two reservations. First, we discovered damage to the ceiling below the shower and are waiting for somebody to contact us to see if they are willing to fix it. Second, the price, though lower than a competitor, now seems very high vs. the cost of other products and services that cost that much.
I strongly recommend Jacuzzi Bath Remodel.
Their customer service was horrible!
I am very happy.
It seems like a good shower. It's kind of expensive.
We purchased a new tub / shower installed. The salesperson was fantastic. The contract was for all matching chrome finishes on all fixtures and handle bars. Even though both installers have seen that the handle bars and the shower rod were brushed nickel, they proceeded to screw all of them in.
The first insult was that they both stated that those are chrome too, it is only our lighting makes us think that they don’t match. Then one of them called the office, ust live up to their obligations jand a manager called Dan ensured us that nothing is more important to them than all customers are happy with the completed project. Then he proposed that the very next day he will send out the chrome parts to be swapped out, so he said that the completion can be signed off without any worries.
We agreed and I even told him that I don’t expect the swap to happen the following day, and I let him know that as long as he could schedule it to be done within two weeks, it would be fine.
The second insult was that not only he never called back, but not anyone tried to follow up. Both my wife and I tried different approaches and yet nothing worked. Finally they sent out someone with not even the correct size, nor the right finish. At every step different persons kept asking for pictures, even after the technician took new ones, who included them in his report. So six weeks later I was finally transferred to Dan on the phone.
The third insult happened when he stated that he doesn’t know what else he could do, since we rejected the chrome parts…and so we had to start over and explain everything again. By the way the second time he said that this chrome issue never ever came up before for them. So he suggested that we could have all matching parts in black. So we agreed that another manager will set up a date with us when the material arrives Another three weeks passes by, and again, nothing is happening. So I emailed him and instead of answering, he just copied my message to the other manager, who scheduled an appointment within one hour. So the same technician comes out and right away had asked us he we authorize him to drill new holes. Of course we said no, and also we inspected the black finish on the handle bars and had found that it had deep scratches right out of the box.
So I ended up proposing that an all brushed nickel finish swap-out would be the only solution.
I emailed him again, had ignored me for weeks again, then I emailed him again, and at that time he forwarded my request to the scheduler manager again. So he rescheduled the same technician for two weeks later to come out for the third time.
Thus Dan’s “ Next day” promise turned into a 90 day final solution.
The last insult was that not one person in charge has ever attempted to apologize, nor offer a 10-15 % refund for any of these ( not ) taking place.
During this entire time they made us feel that we were the picky ones and demanding, when all we asked for is that they complete this installation as st agreed in the original contract. Out of the whole Portland crew, kudos goes to the technician who kept coming to our residence to fix things up.
So I ask you instead; would you recommend this company to anyone?
I have already recommended them! I am really pleased with the work done and really pleased with the shower.
Out shower failed the county inspection because the water is too hot, I cannot get Jacuzzi to respond and get this fixed.
They have not finished it yet. It has been months in the process and still not finished. Nothing seems to occur unless I call
We were down for a longer time than should have been . Wife and I laugh and laugh when we see the one day remodel add on tv
Jacuzzi Bath Remodel provided great service.
They did the job as planned and in a timely manner.
It all went very well, except what was promised by my salesman was nowhere near accurate. When it was time to install, she promised it would take 2–3 weeks, and it was actually longer than a couple of months. We signed in July, and they installed in October.
I am very, very happy with them. I have recommended to several people to get hold of these guys because they did a really good job!
They did not know what they were doing.
Arnulfo was great to deal with as was production/scheduling at Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Portland. Still have a couple little issues to get taken care of but am confident it will be handled properly.
No call backs on my concerns with my installation lacking quality assurance. Should be double checking their work with 3 techs on-site before leaving They all seemed like nice guys.I am not happy. The walls are very nice material. Overpriced considering the low quality shower door installed. I went with them for the lifetime guarantee, but so far I don't know what to think
The communication has been poor and I’m still waiting on my second bathroom after nearly three months.
They don't tell you different prices, and they don't explain their pricing. They don't tell you when something costs more than something else. They just tell you this is what this costs, and this is what this costs. At the end is when they give you the cost, they don't tell you well, this faucet costs $50 more than this faucet. They just say pick this faucet or pick this faucet. They don't give you a breakdown of the cost.
Excellent experience all round!
Price would be only issue, I found that the time to complete outweighed the cost.
I found the workmanship great, they were efficient. The installers completed the work in a timely manner. They clean up. The quality was excellent.
Their quality of work was amazing. They went above and beyond with every aspect of the remodel.
I just thought it was kind of expensive since I am retired. Most of my friends probably wouldn't be able to afford it. Most of my friends are retired and wouldn't be able to afford to pay $15,000 for a bathroom or shower installation.
Everything about the whole project was great. The entire process was smooth from start to finish.
I am happy.
They did a great job!
The two installers, Tanner and Armando, were are absolutely professional.
They were professional and clean when they came to install it.
We like it very much. The remodel came out very well. We enjoy it, and it is very pretty. They did a good job and did it all in one day.
The lack of communication among the departments was glaring as no one notified me that the product wasn’t delivered and somehow there was a change order on my account that led to a different installation date. The install took 5 days to complete as there was also a problem with the door rollers that two special installers were sent out to fix. Finally done and I really like the whole shower unit but was very upsetting about the process. I was also given a discount on the project which I did appreciate.
Do not share my name on any public survey results.
The final product was great, but the process wasn't.
We had a very disappointing experience with Jacuzzi Bath Remodel.
First of all, the crew did not show up on the date of our scheduled installation. When we called the office to see what was going on, we were told that the crew should be at our home. We informed them that they were not, and we had not received any communication about a delay. We later received a phone call from Jacuzzi stating that the crew had called in sick. We were rescheduled for four days later. On that day, the crew did not show up again. Later, we received a phone call from the office informing us that the crew had called in sick and we were rescheduled for the following Monday. The crew showed up on Monday - we were thrilled! That feeling did not last for long. The crew did not tape off and cover anything in the bathroom, nor did they cover our smoke/fire alarm. The alarm went off 5 times that day. I finally called the security office and asked that they take us offline and not send out the police and fire department until the crew left for the day at 6:00 p.m. At 6:00 p.m., I went down to check on the progress made and ask the crew if they were leaving for the day. They said they were just cleaning up and would be gone shortly. The crew did not leave as they said they would. Instead, they stayed and continued banging loudly and working until 8:00 p.m. This caused a lot of problems. My brother is living with us and staying in the room next to the bathroom (where the shower was being installed). He has to go to bed at 7:30 p.m. to get up early for work in the morning. The crew continued working and banging loudly - disrupting my brother's bedtime routine. Needless to say, he was very angry and could not go to bed until the crew left. After they left, he discovered that they had knocked over and put cardboard over plants that he had growing on our patio.
The next day the crew came back to complete the job. After they finished, I went down to look at the bathroom. There was at least a half-inch of dust all over my brother's toiletries that were on the shelves in the bathroom and on the vanity, medicine chest, and mirror. It was a mess! I took photos of the mess that was left. I had to hand wash every item in that bathroom. Even more disgusting, the crew had used the toilet but could not flush with the water turned off. After they left on the second day, I raised the lid of the toilet, and it was moldy and the contents had not been flushed.
For the amount of money that we paid for the shower to be installed, I was extremely disappointed and would never recommend Jacuzzi Bath Remodel to anyone. I feel we should be refunded for the numerous days of inconvenience due to the crew not showing up when scheduled, having to reschedule and the crew not showing up again and then having to reschedule our installation and for the mess that was left for us to clean up. This was the worst experience.
The sales person and company LIED. All you wanted was the over priced sale and said what you could to get it. Your promise to take care of any unexpected situations did not come about. INGEBORG should be fired! Will never and already have told people not to go or consider your company.
I am not sure if the issue pertains to the Jacuzzi Bath Remodel, but there were things that needed to be addressed after the work was completed. They came to fix the drywall, but there were issues with turning the water back on after the installation, and it caused some issues for our older systems.
There was a plumbing error, so it took an extra month to get the job done.
Garrett and Domingo arrived on time, carefully completed the work. They were very efficient indoor of temperatures over 100 degrees!
It was quickly. Even when the man came to the house to give us information, he said the tub would be removed the first day and the shower would be installed the second day, but they did everything in one day.
They were quick and efficient. It took two days because the tub they ordered was wrong, but it wasn't a big deal.
I am satisfied with the shower, and my family is too.
They were very professional. They came in and got everything completed like they were supposed to, and made sure we understood everything before they left.
First of all, I RARELY give tens on anything. .... we are very happy with the end result, but there were some unforeseen issues that could have been dealt with better.
Paul and Hiroki were very personable and did an excellent job.
The price.
Probably not
