My experience with Jacuzzi was so positive .
It took several days for the installation of the job. It still isn't complete, and it was done in August. I was told I was going to get a refund and never got one and never got a call back from the several people that I have spoke with. It is probably the worst customer service that I've ever had.
They did an absolutely remarkable, fantastic looking job!
When everything goes right, it goes right. However, if you don't know where everything is, like the water shut off, it takes forever.

Our experience with Jacuzzi Bath Remodel has been the most awful experience of our married life. I would recommend buying from anybody other than them. They have commercials on TV that are deceptive and border on False advertising, if not FALSE!
I've waited over a month to get them to fix what they didn't complete.
Jacuzzi Bath Remodel was too expensive, and I also hated how many times they called to confirm the appointment before my installation and then after it was done, how many times I got called to do a survey. I just wanted to get this project completed and be done with it. I didn't want to be called all the time. Every time they called, they asked me the same questions over and over again. It is so frustrating, and I just want to be left alone. I wish that I hadn't done it.
We purchased the low-rise shower. For anyone with limited mobility, this is the perfect solution. It has a teak chair that is removable if no longer needed. Corey R. discussed different placement options for grab-bars and we agreed on what would work best for us. I'm confident that this will work well for us and it looks beautiful too!
The shower is beautiful and easy to clean; however, since I have not decided if I will allow Jacuzzi to install my master shower which will be twice the size- I cannot recommend to friends at this point.

The offer presented should have been good for at least 48 hours. Also, a cost break down of each part would would have given a rating of 10. Also, pictures of each part would have also helped to get a 10.
It's a good product. We had a few issues that need to be addressed.
It took them twice to install the unit. The first installer didn't install it right and the wall popped loose, so they had to come back and fix it, and they had to re-do the doors to make sure they were right.
We had so many problems, it is hard for me to answer this question. However, the problems were eventually resolved (6 months later) so I still feel that Jacuzzi has integrity as a business and if Junior is the installer, things will go well.

The installers, Dave and JD were Fantastic!!!!
However, Communication prior to the project beginning needs to be improved. Especially when the project is significantly overdue to be started.
But we made it through that and the Great installers Dave and JD gave us a Beautiful Shower to use for many years!!!! EXCELLENT QUALITY!!!!
The quality was good. It was a little more expensive than what I was expecting.

I am disabled and really love my tub.
We are very satisfied with what they did. They did the work, cleaned up, and we were very impressed with what was used in our home. Our house was built in 1976, so they didn't have to use anything to rebuild, so they used what we had. In the 70's they used good products in our home, so they just took out the tub and put in what they needed, which was good.
Working with Jacuzzi was very difficult and slow. Our remodel was ordered in April and to be completed by July; however, Jacuzzi delayed saying they were waiting on materials. Then when they finally completed our master bath, it was installed incorrectly and had to be torn out and re-done. Again we had to wait on materials. It was finally completed in the fall. Our second bath was expanded by removing a wall which of course messed up the ceiling. I am still trying to get them to come back and fix the ceiling. They are not good at returning calls. They tell you someone will contact you but they never do.
Leak
Trying to get them to come back to replace something was very difficult. I tried to get someone to respond to me and it took over four weeks. I am not happy with the follow-up part.
