When the sales rep gave me the consultation, they showed me what I was going to get, but I didn't get it when they actually installed. It was a pretty good install, but they did not use the same equipment showed for the shower floor I thought I was getting.
The work was fine. They left a very big trash can behind. No one came to pick it up. I was supposed to get a gift certificate, but it took a very long time. I was told it would be emailed to me, but it wasn't. I had to call them to get it.
I don't feel like they completed the job.

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Seattle was on time, polite, and did exactly what they said they were going to do, and everything was cleaned up and ready to go when they left.
The shower pan does not drain well.
I am having issues, and I called the customer service number on December 2nd, but no one has called me back to take care of the problems. They also opened a ticket for the issue when I called on December 2nd.

They are all about the sale. After that, the service and follow up were horrible. There was an issue and they would not follow up with me. It took three months to fix a simple issue.

Yes, Jacuzzi did not live up to their advertisement and their sales representative of providing us with a quality product, we have some issues of concern which are not being addressed in a timely manner.
We would recommend Jacuzzi, and, Cory was a dream to work with. It took two full days to complete our project…with Thanksgiving in the middle! Due to Cory’s great work ethic our Thanksgiving guests were not inconvenienced. We undoubtedly added value to our home by doing this project.
We really like our new shower, but one door doesn't slide easily. JD, the installer thought it would after a few uses, but it has not. I called Jacuzzi on 12/5 to have someone come and take a look at it, but they have not called to make an appt. She said it could take up to 48 hours, I will wait until Monday to call them back.
From the initial call up until after the installation, everyone was nice, installers great and things "looked" wonderful, but then we noticed some leaks outside the doors and puddling inside. From that time frame up (9/18 install) up until now (12/7), we are still waiting for a redo after they sent out numerous techs to see what needed to be done. It's nothing horrible, but we do want it taken care of; just seems like we've had to be the ones constantly contacting them, so a different type of customer experience now.
I have called twice for repair and no one comes.

My shower is better than the builder grade enclosure I had, but due to cost, under par workmanship, and cheap plastic shower heads I cannot recommend this company.
Scheduling installation was a nightmare. Communication issues with department was very difficult. After installation there was a problem with fittings and again Scheduling issues were vert difficult. Very disappointed.
I called 5 and a half weeks ago to get my rusted shower handles taken care of and no response.

Had a shower stall removed and "rough" drywall install. Plumbing was left.in wall and was so shoddy none of the 6 subcontractors I got quotes from to finish it was willing to do it without redoing the drywall due to the 1 to 2 inch gaps left between the sheets that were hung. Last tech was said after seeing it would try to assist in getting the 800.00 refunded but no response. Was also told by the pm that the pans would come out to the edge.of the wall and be wider... both pans matched the original bases... even though I was paying for a custom width
They worked hard to get everything done on time but nit follow up in the months since to make sure everything was still good. The caulking had unsealed and I have a previously unseen gouge in my tub from a tool or something.
The shower with the seat was installed for our rental home and the tenant loves it!
We originally scheduled our bathroom shower installation for April 2024. They installed the wrong size shower and didn't have our shower bar ready. We were told the installation would only take one day. It ended up taking two days, and even then, they didn't have all the parts and got the size incorrect. Ever since that date, we have called and called customer service, managers, and anyone we could get a hold of to try and get our project corrected. We spent $15,000 on this shower. Jacuzzi Bath Remodel's customer service has been so ungodly horrible. Finally, we got one call back from a manager, Brian, who promised us they would do the reinstall, fix everything, make it all right, and get the size that we ordered and paid for. I have never heard back from Brian. Every single week, I have called them. Every single week, I get told they are in a meeting and will call me back. I never get a call back. We went through Costco for this installation, and we never got our rebate. Jacuzzi Bath Remodel never submitted the paperwork to Costco. We have had to follow up with Costco. Costco takes its third-party installers seriously. We explained the whole situation to them, and they are not happy with it. I am dealing with a missing part, reinstall and no rebate, and now we have caulk peeling on the seams. I have called about the water damage we are now getting due to the peeling caulk. I have asked for my issues to be escalated several times and I have never had anyone call me back. Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is just all lies, lies, lies. I am going to report them to as many business bureaus as I can, and I am looking for legal representation to get my money back. I will never recommend Jacuzzi Bath Remodel, ever. I haven't even gotten a call back since April and it is now almost September. Every single time I try to get a hold of them, I am told that they are in a meeting and that they will call me back. They don’t call back. I really don't want other people to get ripped off like I have.

The install destroyed our flooring when glue was spilled! The manager said the would pay for a new floor.
From working with Paddy and answering our questions and taking the time to text back and forth so we had everything that we ordered was a big plus. The install was not done seamlessly, but the house was also built in 1972. They did a great job navigating to problems and we are very happy with the end results. Key takeaway here for me would be you are only dealing with one person to install he did it all, no bring in a different person for plumbing.

I'm very pleased with my new shower stall. A bit pricey but peace of mind & comfort are worth it. The installation was completed in one day & noise level was minimal & did not disturb the baby or the 3 Frenchie bulldogs. Workers were professional, polite & friendly.
It was quick. They did a great job. The staff was friendly and cleaned up everything after.
It was awfully expensive. It's good, and I like it. However, I think it was too expensive and overpriced.
Overall, we were impressed with the entire experience. The salesperson was very enthusiastic about the company and the product. The installation lead person, Austin, was very knowledgeable and effective worker and technician. His helper, Corbin, was a good worker and will become an asset to Jacuzzi.

Customer care is lacking! Jacuzzi is eager to make the sale and schedule the installation but if there is a problem after the installation, good luck getting that resolved!
Disappointed with materials; wish we had done more research. While the tub is easy to get in and out of it is not nearly the depth we wanted; our salesperson insisted that "we would love it!" We don't. Warning: don't buy a tub without physically sitting in it! We are satisfied but do not love our remodet.

My experience with the administration of the services was not stellar, but the installation guys were awesome.
The techs who came here were highly professional and very friendly. They worked with us on any concerns we had and just did a great job.
I had to work that day and so my husband was here. I would have liked to have been the one present during the installation because there are a couple of things that are not quite where I would have liked them. My husband is tall, so the shower head is really high for me.

This is the second time my husband and I have had a bathroom remodel by Jacuzzi. Both times we have been more than pleased with the results. This time we had installers Kyle and Hunter who were very professional and more than willing to explain what and why was being done. Our tub to shower install was completed in one day and is exactly what we wanted.
I spoke with the installation team before the work began and I thought we were all on the same page with the same idea. But when they were done with the installation. We t didn’t turn out like I thought we had discussed and I am dissatisfied with the result. We seem to be at an impass at this point and I am waiting to see what is going to happen next. I am thinking that someone dropped the ball and now perhaps nothing is happening. I’m pretty sure Jacuzzi would like to be paid. And I know for a fact that I would like the job completed to my satisfaction. And so far, that has not happened. So… where do we go from here?
The installer was absolutely fabulous! He worked 12 hours without stopping.
We were particularly impressed with the work that our two installers did, and how they managed to adjust to the difficult situation present itself by the inspector not coming at the appointed time. They were really quite terrific. That is probably the reason for such a good review and other areas as well. Kudos to them.
During the installation the plumber did not properly connect the drain. His poor workmanship caused a serious leak that disrupted our lives.
