Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of St. Louis was extremely professional, polite, and cleaned up the entire time they were working. It was very nice.
I actually referred my sister who just got a Jacuzzi bath put in. They just finished hers a few weeks ago.
The installers were professional and courteous. Also showed me how to use the two shower heads. However the shower doors leak a bit with every use. I called right before Thanksgiving about this issue and have yet to hear back about anyone coming out to look at it or fix it.
I am not at all satisfied with the quality of the work done in my bathroom or the response I'm getting from jacuzzi to solve the problems.
A cracked shower pan was installed and when this issue was reported, the production manager indicated that it would be resolved. A date of November 20, 2024 was given. However when I called on November 18, 2024, I was told by this same production manager that it was decided that I must have caused the damage and the previously scheduled redo would not be performed! I was livid and immediately filed a BBB complaint and was searching for an attorney to file a lawsuit. I continued to call the company to escalate this issue until I reached a senior manager in AZ that investigated the situation and determined that I was 100% correct! However I am still waiting for the problem to be resolved some 2.5 months later. This has been an extremely frustrating experience.
Cancel the first appointment and it was a next day to remove the old and next day 12 hours. My floor is squeaky in shower with some give .. shower doors need another strip on it does not meet and the bottom floor gets water sometimes
Everything looks great but not functioning properly
Madison made the design portion so easy and listened to all of our requests. The gentleman who came to install the seat was apologetic and respectful when he had a seat with damage immediately telling us and promising a prompt replacement. Our only regret is we didn’t do it sooner.
Jacuzzi Bath Remodel wanted to take out my bathub and install a 30ftx30ft shower stall for $25,000 dollars. Those prices are outrageous. However, the salesman was very nice and a pleasant guy, and it was not his fault.
I only have one problem with Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of St. Louis, and that has to do with the installation. The customer service for the installation was terrible. Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of St. Louis made three appointments with me to install the shower, but no phone call ever occurred. A week later, two guys showed up, and I did not even know they were coming. The guys who did the work were great. The issue I have is just with the installation communication. I called Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of St. Louis, and they responded, but it took three months to get this project installed. I called them to let them know about my feedback, and they had no response.
It took 3 different crews 3 weeks to do a one day tub to shower conversion.
The installers, Adrian and Damian (I hope I got their names right) were very professional and friendly. They kept me updated on their progress, answered my questions and, despite the unrelenting pouring rain were able to keep my floors and carpeting relatively unscathed. They said they would finish the job in one day and did so with beautiful results. I would highly recommend.
The shower head was too low for my height. Ask him to fix the problem and they didn’t have any pipe to fix my problem. I called customer service and they said it would cost me over 900.00 dollars to fix it. This problem could have been fixed if very easy.
From the salesperson to installation, completely professional treatment. Totally recommend
The ordeal that began at 7:30 in the morning didn’t end until nearly midnight and we were left with a mess that took four days to clean up.
Work was to begin in March and was not completed until June. I have asked Dana, several times to send me a paper copy of my contract. Still have not received one. I would like someone in Management to call me. Joann Downing 618-531-5324.
Showed up first thing in the morning and we’re done late afternoon. Workers were easy to work with and kept us up to date throughout the day. Would recommend them to a friend.
I am in a dispute with them because the job was absolutely horrible. I am going to have to pay someone else to rip this out and start over if they don't fix it.
Zach and Ryse were wonderful! They were efficient, hardworking, and very pleasant entire day! Amazed at results- always brag on these young men and jacuzzi installation! Thanks!
I will be recommending this company when my ever I know somebody need one installed
There were a few scratches that were left that were not taken care of.
The person who came out to give us an estimate seemed knowledgeable. She even wanted to see our pipes downstairs and our electric box. Turns out she had no idea what she was looking at. When they came to install and hook up to the electric we were told that they could not attach to our box. We needed a new box to the tune of $5,000!! I was told well she isn't an electrician. But she isn't a plumber either and wanted to see our pipes. So I had to have a new electric box installed before I could use my new jaccuzzi
Communication between Jacuzzi‘s scheduling team, and my wife and I was poor. Then before the schedule date, we were contacted that the work crew was sick and had to postpone for an extra week. The crew that came and did it were very professional and did a nice job, but there is a leak which I need to have fixed.
The materials seem nice, especially the shower hardware. Installation was stressful and sloppy. If you get experienced installers, I would recommend it. Based on my experience with a trainee and an injured installer, I’m not as likely to recommend.
3 months after date for installation was set, they called on the day of installation at the time of appointment to say they don’t install on Fridays.
The wrong door was installed. I had to ask for a price adjustment. It was minimal.
We have a water leak. Was told someone would call us within 24 hours. 4 days later I called back and was forced to leave a voice message. Today is day 5 and still no response.
The Jacuzzi salesman came to my house. He told me that it would be a one-day installation and asked if it was okay if they had to stay late on that day to get the job done in one day. I told him that was no problem. When they finally came to actually do the installation, it was 4 days later that it was finally finished. They had four different guys walking through my house at one time or another. When they showed up, they didn't have all the parts to do the job. I had to argue with them to put the job in the way that the salesman told me he was going to. There was some demolition to be done on the soffit of the bathtub. I had to call their boss, and he finally told the installers to do it. That wasted a bunch of hours. The main installer was the laziest guy I have ever seen in my life. The first day he came over, he did a little bit of demo, and then sat in the bathroom doing nothing for at least four hours straight. The second day, they sent three different guys who actually wanted to work, but the first installer dropped the ball and didn't tell them they needed to bring some other parts with them. So that day, they got as much done as they could, but not as much as they wanted to get it done. The job was supposed to be done before Thanksgiving because we had a big party at our house. That didn't happen, and then Christmas came, and we were still dealing with this. Finally, they were all done except for doing the caulk, and the guy stated that he had to wait for the glue to dry on the walls before he caulked it. So that was another trip he had to make just to put caulk on. Jacuzzi is selling a product that is supposed to be so fast, but they are so unorganized that their installers didn't have the right parts on the truck. The lead installer, Zach, was lazy. Everybody else was a really good worker. From what I found out, I think those good installers have all quit since then, but they still have the lead installer. That is why I gave it such a low rating, even though it is a nice enough shower. Jacuzzi Bath Remodel didn't stand up to their end of the contract.
They did an excellent job!
Its been a month and they are not done yet!
yes
They have a nice product, but it's expensive.
The guys did a good job and Love it.
They damaged the plaster ceiling below the bathroom started the repairs but never returned to finish.
After massive delays, they still haven’t finished.
Zack and Jordan did an outstanding job! People that have been by have said it is a beautiful bathroom, and they did a fantastic job.
Salesman Ben was fantastic and our installers Zach and Adam
Way overpriced.
I am very pleased with Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of St. Louis' product and installation.
I love the new shower. There seemed to be a shortage of workers. It took three days to complete. The workers who were here were excellent, there just weren’t always two men available.
The SHORT of the LONG of my issues is that we did not receive the shower system we ordered and the shelf we received is too long for the wall I told Joe, our salesperson, I wanted it on. (A simple measurement would have solved this problem). There is a small piece of greenboard directly outside the shower wall that was not nailed down.
Very pleased with my new shower.
The only complaint I have is that the water is hard to adjust. You have to turn on the shower on and wait for the water to get hot. It has to do with my water system.
I would feel more strongly about recommending if the quoted times could better match actual by increasing resources, if plastic sheeting were hung and cutting done outside to keep the rest of the house free of dust and if instructions on operation were provided.
They did a good job. Nobody is perfect. They were quick, efficient, and answered all questions.
The lack communication, skilled employees, and respect for their customers time/intelligence/property.
I have already talked to some of my church members about it and shown them pictures. They all liked the work I had done as much as I do. One of them has already called to set up an estimate.
Quality materials. Still waiting for a response for issues that happened in installation.
Customer service leaves alot to be desired. Communication is not high on their list.
Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of St. Louis made the change quickly, favorably, and it's been wonderful having this new shower.
We are satisfied with the shower, and they did come out when I asked them to fix something and help me with the hand sprayer.
The installation was good. Someone dropped the ball on ordering the parts, and we still haven't gotten the doors. They held my half deposit for over a month. They have some problems in the office area.
