They didn't send the proper equipment, including ladders, and sent a group that was outsourced to the job. He only had one ladder, and the crew did not show up on time, so I fired them and told them they could not show back up until I had the regular Ferris group there. I was satisfied with the Ferris group but not the outsourced employees.

Having a roof leak in the middle of winter is a two-fold issue. Not only does the freezing and thawing allow water to enter your home in repeated small intervals, the ice and snow may prevent someone from getting on your roof and repairing the leak. So when our roof started leaking after a supposed repair by a different company, we knew it was time to get it permanently addressed. Enter 180 Contractors. Jim safely got onto our roof, assessed the problem, and provided two possible solutions based on what the repair crew might find when they started work. When the repair crew arrived, they also safely and expertly got onto the roof from a frozen deck. After assessing the damage, they thoroughly repaired the leak, going above and beyond to make sure no additional water entered our home. Once the work was complete, including pictures and video, they let us know that we were having significant ice damming in our upper gutters, and that there were minimally invasive solutions available to us once everything thawed out. We appreciate their dedication and skills, and we look forward to working with 180 Contractors in the future.

Happy with the whole experience from the first visit when Ken came out to give me an estimate to the day the roof was completed. I appreciated all the photos & video that Ken provided showing me that a new roof was necessary. Also, more photos were taken before, during & after the install by Jerry, the project manager assigned to me. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

I want to say how happy we are with our new roof and skylights! Because of the rain on Wednesday before Thanksgiving the job was scheduled for Friday after. The crew arrived early, worked so hard and efficiently that they got it done in one day. They stayed until after 7:30 pm working in the dark wearing head lights to clean up as best they could as our yard was covered in leaves. The lead man Justin came back a few days later to double check that everything was correct and cleaned up.

This was the second time I have used Ferris .. the first was a Master Bath remodel and they did an amazing job. I knew I had paid a premium price but the final product was worth it. The second job was a full kitchen remodel (down to the studs) as well as a full floor replacement on the entire 1st floor of my house .. This time things did not go so well. Due to mis-management there was an entire cabinet that was not ordered which delayed completion, The wrong sink was installed which caused another delay (as well as the replacement of an entire Granite counter top). And once things were 98% done, 8" of crown molding were not accounted for and took another several weeks delay because it came from a "custom Cabinet maker". Already several weeks behind schedule, (with the approval of the builder) I moved back in, but since the job was not done (before this last piece of trim was installed) the kitchen had not been cleaned, there was debris and dust, sawdust in the vents, and a general level of things being unfinished that soured me on the entire "reveal". Ultimately did they make things whole? maybe. But I had to spend hours wiping down the kitchen, throwing out construction debris, and mopping the floors to make the space livable.

Very competitive pricing, warranties explained in detail. Completed in one day. Great cleanup. Before choosing I researched all the materials they’d be using. Highly recommend

Emmons did a roof at a different house for us ten years ago. When we did the roof on our next house, the only question was if it was within their service area.

When I explained to them why I was looking for new doors and what I wanted, they didn't explain to me that their doors would still do what I didn't want. I told them what I wanted and why I was putting new doors in. They totally ignored me. Those doors don't work for what I wanted.

Overall very satisfied. The work looks stunning. Communication was excellent throughout the project. No false promises, just honest and accurate reporting on the progress through out. The work was completed in a timely manner in spite of complications due to unexpected damage that was uncovered during the work. I would rehire them for other projects in the future.

I would highly recommend the company to family and friends. They did great work, on time, and left the area clean after completing the job.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish!

I hired Ferris because they are locally owned. I was dismayed that my deck rebuild was done by third-party contractors and there was little supervision by the project manager, who never came to my house. Seth came by at the beginning and end of the project.
The sliding door replacement was perfect. Project manager was here and crew did an excellent job.

We have worked with a lot of contractors and TMJ has by far been the easiest to work with. They were always quick to respond and address concerns. They did excellent work and there were no hidden costs. I wish they did indoor construction work as well!

Upon deciding to go with Coastal Windows & Exterior the process moved very quickly. I had made some changes to siding color and trim and different supplies needed to be ordered. Coastal liaisons were very patient and continued on with the project in other areas of the project. The installation crew and the "demolition" crew were professional, courteous and organized in the debris removal and site cleanup upon daily work completion. It was an overall positive experience.

The team from Coastal was great. The windows went in quickly, and with no mess left behind whatsoever. I was told by a friend to plan to stay somewhere else when windows were being done. When I checked in on my house after the first day the bedrooms were done and there was no mess left behind. Their siding teams did an equally impressive job. We have two little kids so we were a little nervous about errant nails and such from the siding removal and replacement. They left every day with things cleaned up and their work space cleared. They were communicative and just generally great to work with.

Tom Keating and his crew were top notch! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Kesting Construction for all your needs. The owner coordinated a detailed outside renovation to the smallest detail. When something was found unexpectedly, the foreman and Tom knew exactly how to rectify the issue so that I could get the plan that I wanted. They always made it work! His subs were all excellent. The job went seamlessly well! There is nothing negative I can say. You really can’t go wrong with Kesting Construction.!

We had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. Our Sales Consultant, Sunny Donovan, guided us in the finding the perfect choices for our remodel. Cory O'Neal gave us an excellent overview prior to the start of the project along with a schedule and answered all of our questions.Danny Heath, our Project Manager, was available to us at all times and through phone calls and visits staying in close contact throughout the remodel with each Contractor. The Contractors were all excellent and very professional, answering any and all questions. Their work was phenomenal and everyone stayed on schedule, but did not rush or cut corners. Chuck, the carpenter, was excellent in all aspects from prep work to cabinet installation and much more. Adolfo, the electrician from Summerfield, met all our wants and needs with the new and different lighting configurations we had. Preston and his crew were excellent painters and made sure we were totally satisfied with all aspects of the painting of the kitchen and pantry. Smitty, the plumber, made sure that the plumbing was done as soon as it was ready allowing us to use the kitchen with the least amount of disruption. Everyone who was a part of our remodel was amazing and responsive. From planning through the final day it was a great experience which gave us the kitchen of our dreams

They did a very professional job.

We had our old deck replaced, and while the construction went smoothly, there were some details that needed correction. The project passed the county inspection, but as it settled, we noticed several issues that we communicated to the project manager. Unfortunately, we haven't received any updates on resolving these concerns.
