Great communication before project, fair pricing but at installation, added over $1,000 to price for wood, came and introduced themselves but left without a word. Called a week later to ask for extra shingles in case I needed to replace them and was told they would be supplied if I had a warranty issue. Not happy with gutter re-installation.

They did a really good job because I found out from the inspector who I had come and check it (to do a wind mitigation) that what they did was a lot better than what other roofing companies do.

The home that was serviced was my deceased parents. The home was part of their Estate. Our realator Carolyn Evans was extremely helpful in getting the home roof estimates for us (I'm the executor of the Estate/Trust and had moved across the country). Of which Janney came in with the estimate we selected. Their staff was great communicating with me via email and text.
