The project manager showed up on time, provided an excellent overview of the portfolio of Owens Corning and their shingles, and the types and aspects of why they are the best. The office manager contacted me to schedule the appointment. He kept me in the loop for the building permit. He let me know the day before for the installation for my availability. The installers arrived very punctual and worked until late hours in the day, and they came back the second day. The owner Javier walked the site after it was completed to be sure I was happy with the service he provided. From a comprehensive standpoint they were end-to-end complete, through and accurate and executed completion on the roof of my house and the garage.

David was great to work with and they did an amazing job with the replacement. They have to remove 2 layers of old roofing one metal and one cedar shake and deck the whole house. They were very efficient in doing all this work and after they were done you couldn't even tell that they were there. Would definitely recommend and use again for future roofing projects.

Their quoted price was the best we received and final price was still lower than anyone else's quote despite finding some additional sheathing that needed replacement (note, this was actually expected given the condition of one area of the roof). The workers completed the job in 1 day and did a great job with clean up. I would recommend JAYK Contractors to anyone that needed these services.

We are so happy that we selected Jayk Contractor for our roof!! During the estimate, David a Project Manager pointed out that a roof over our deck that we initially were going to exclude was degraded and would last at most a year. He wanted us to know about it but said we were the homeowners and he would do what we wanted but didn’t feel right not pointing it out to us. I found him to be honest and after looking at the photos he took while inspecting our roof, we felt he was right. And he was! Turns out one of the boards was rotten! On installation day, they were quick, efficient and left our property very clean. A Project Manager was onsite all day, the owner was also here and David came at the end of the job to ensure our satisfaction. We highly recommend Jayk to everyone!!

I had some wind damage to my roof in March and David stopped by letting me know I was missing some shingles. After the insurance inspection (which David was there for), I needed a full roof replacement. I put in a claim with my insurance and despite there being a month-long delay due to my agent being it unexpectedly, David was more than patient. He often dealt directly with my insurance company providing answers and documents they requested. In the end his guidance saved me money out of my pocket and peace of mind.When it came to the installation the team was also fantastic. They were done in a day and aside from the beautiful new roof, you'd never know they were here. Everything was cleaned up. They even blew out my gutters! I cannot recommend JAYK enough.
