JDH painted over mold in my home. Within 2 months of the completed project, the entire area had to be demolished and mold remediation completed. According to my insurance company and DuraClean, the mold had been present for a while and was painted over.

Overall I had a great experience with JDH. They were patient and excellent at communicating their progress with my claim. It was alot of changes and pushback from my claims adjuster but JDH kept me updated until we were able to finally finish.

Randall told us what to expect every step of the way; including what our insurance company would say to keep from paying for the roof (which was damaged by wind). Everything happened just as Randall said it would. Every time the insurance company tried to deny payment for something, Randall would prove to them why they needed to pay. All we had to pay was our deductible. We are very satisfied and very pleased with the experience we had with JDH Remodeling. We highly recommend this company!

My overall experience with JDH was less than satisfactory. From their inability to communicate about when the crews were to do install and the ability to complete with the proper materials and time frame made an otherwise pleasant experience absolutely terrible. The salesman I dealt with was incompetent and seemingly unable to provide good service after I had signed and agreed to do the work. Showing up unannounced to start work and changing the install date multiple times and coming up with multiple excuses why my project wasn’t getting completed was extremely unprofessional and plain disrespectful. The final product however does look amazing and the crews did an exceptional job. It’s a shame the rest of this business transaction couldn’t have gone as smoothly.

There are a ton of roofers out there, some bad some good. JDH is in a greatness category all its own. They continually stayed in contact and directed me through the entire insurance claim process, from estimate to final quality inspection. This is why I had them do the roof at my business location (The Bay Kids, LLC Daycare) and my home when my roof was damaged during a storm. As far as I am concerned they are the ONLY true roofing/remodeling company I would ever use, and sincerely recommend. A+++
