The final project turned out great, but there were a few difficulties along the way.

I am very happy with my bathroom remodel, it is very beautiful. It was great working with JDI, the remodeling crew were all wonderful to work with. It is a bit scary to let people into your home, but they were professional and very pleasant to work with. JDI ensured I was satisified with the work as it progressed and upon completion. Any concerns I had, was addressed immediately. Alex kept me well informed on a daily basis about the scheduling and progress of the remodel. I would not hesitate to work with JDI again.

We recently had the pleasure of working with JDI Construction on a full downstairs remodel, and the results exceeded our expectations in every way!

Additional Comments - They did a really good job as far as getting everything done on time, and on budget. Overall, I'm really happy with the final product, and how they turned out. The communication between me and Eric, the project manager, was really good, and they communicate really well. Any issues I had, they addressed it, and made it right.

Clean - Everyday they cleaned up and wore shoe covers or removed their shoes during finishing work. The job site was completely cleaned and a deep interior clean was also done. Amazing!

Communication

Communication - The team would send me pictures and texts everyday with updates and what work would get done that day.

Quality Of Materials - Great custom walnut cabinets. Dove tail joints. Soft close everything. If it wasn’t perfect, JDI made sure it was redone to perfection.

Professional & Organized

Professional & Organized - Good team who strives for daily check ins. Any delays were communicated well and other work would get done in its place. They had many projects going on at the same time and I never felt ignored or unimportant.

Schedule

Schedule - We made several changes during the process which extended the timeline. This was expected. JDI works fast and with high quality that we were happy with our timeline.

Recognized Excellence - Art, Alex, and Violet all made sure we were happy with the work. Alex made sure to keep us up to date on everything. Art was fantastic to work with and a great partner with very good recommendations. His relationships with the city smoothed permit approvals.

Value - At first I thought that their bid was a little high. But after making the decision of moving forward with the project we quickly learned that JDI was worth every penny. You cannot put a price on quality workmanship and great customer service. Their bid was thorough and accurately captured the project. Any change orders that we faced we're from our decision and changes; not the contractor.

He managed his team well and did a wonderful job throughout the whole process of our remodel. He made it painless. Most of the time remodels can bring up frustrations and worries but dealing with Eric there was none of those feelings during our process. David and Pavel were also great to have in our home! They were very respectful and produced great work.
